I did a lot of car shopping online, so I knew what car I wanted and what price I was willing to pay. Once I found which dealerships had the inventory of what I needed, I worked with Amy to get the car I wanted for the right price. She was able to help me get the deal I needed and I love my new Elantra.

Everyone at the dealership treated us like family but the real star was Amy Simpson, she was everything you could ask for in a car saleswoman. Amy was only interested in making sure we got just what we wanted, she was not pushy at all and had a wealth of knowledge about her Hyundai's. I would tell anyone looking for a Hyundai to go to Crown, and anyone going to Crown to ask for Amy Simpson...you just can't go wrong!

We were having difficulty purchasing our 2011 Genesis this year, however no one at the dealership instructed us on the proper instruction on what we needed to do even after repeated phone calls and voicemails until we starting working with Amy Simpson. She was very helpful and got us started on the right process of purchasing our car. We love this car and don't understand why the finance dept wouldn't help us in a more productive way. This was very disapointing. But the good news is with Amy Simpson assistance all of this has now been resolved to everyones satisfaction. Charles was very helpful when explaining the options available on the different models we looked at. Made a point to explain the 5yr/60k bumper to bumper and the steell timing chain. One of the better experiences I have had dealing with car salesman. Kudos to Charles.

Robert greeted my wife and I outside the dealership where we were looking at what was to become our new vehicle. He made us feel welcomed and took very good care of our needs, from explaining all of the features and options to having our vehicle ready for pickup as he promised, detailed perfectly. Danny was equally as gracious, explaining the need for the extended warranties, and then getting us a better interest rate so that we could have all the coverage and still remain within our budget. We have bought vehicles from this dealership before and have always had a good experience. We couldn't be happier with our current purchase!

We needed assistance purchasing our car and we went to our own credit union for the loan. Amy Simpson the first person and the only person who was very helpful and efficent in helping us. This was after multiple calls and voicemails to the finance dept for this same assistance and they did not return our phone calls nor the calls of our loan officer at the credit union. This part was very disappointing because we like our car and wanted to purchase it and we felt this was a compliment to Hyundai that the was worth purchasing. Again we cannot stress enough how helpful Amy Simpson was and we cannot thank her enough. She is an excellent empolyee and we hope you appreciate her as much as we do.

Justin Hoffman was a pleasure to work with and when my finances are in order I plan to go back and seal a great deal with him! Gave me lots of options and I appreciate the time he spent with me.

Being a female,Charles made me feel at ease when answering all my questions. He focused on me more than my husband,due to the fact he was told it would be my vehicle. I would certainly deal with Charles in any future auto purchases.
