Can't recommend strongly enough to not buy a car here. I bought a 2017 Chevy Bolt and after being told a charger for my new car would be put in the back, I arrived home to find that there was no charger in the back. No big deal. I reached out to my sales person and said "Hey looks like you forgot to give a charger like we talked about, could you please have one shipped to me?" and he told me that he did not forget, but that they were all out of chargers. It was Saturday and he said he'd try to have one shipped out on Sunday or Monday at the latest. I drove up from San Diego to save a few hundred bucks. I didn't hear from him on Sunday, on Monday he did answer my call. I called the dealer and was accidentally hung up on, then transferred to services which went to voicemail, and then I talked with services and the guy was basically like "Well this isn't really my job, I can get the charger but your salesperson will need to ship it out". Apparently my salesperson had the day off. The next day I was told by my salesperson that he could "check and see if he could get an update". Another day passed and I checked in again, increasingly frustrated, I was told: "The charger has been shipped from what I've been told but I'm not sure when you would receive it". No tracking number. It's been a week since then and no charger. Remember, this is a fully electric car - so my new car is completely useless and I'm having to Uber around or eek out driving to a charging station to get a few miles of charging in. I just bought one online and gave up. This is the xxxx that gives used cars sales people the terrible reputation that they have. Give your business to someone else that will treat you like a human being.

Chevy Bolt with No Charger

Can't recommend strongly enough to not buy a car here. Been waiting on management to get back to me for about a...

Been waiting on management to get back to me for about a year! Biggest Scam place ever . Sold me a vehicle that had extensive structural damage that was not disclosed CMD took my car back to fix it “under warranty “ had my car for 7 months while I was still actively paying on it .. turns out they never fixed anything I as even told it was at a Chevy dealer getting fixed just for me to get the paper work and find out that was a lie... I Would love to just talk to Arnold and work this out but I’m starting to think he isn’t a real person and I’m getting the run around for the fun of it . BUT I WILL BE HEARD.!

This was the worst purchasing experience I ever had. The worst. I was sold a car that didn't have an important charging feature I thought was standard, and when I called to ask my sales rep Matt what I could do, he was beyond unhelpful. He was rude. He wouldn't even answer my calls. The best he could do was to take back the car I had purchased days ago but for $1,500 less than he sold it to me! Making a profit on misinformation he gave me. Exhausted, I finally decided to drop the whole issue and just get the extra key he promised came with the vehicle, only to be told that no, there was no extra key. No big thing that he told me there was. His managers were no help. I should have checked the reviews before buying here. They all say similar things. These guys are crooks. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!!

Terrible experience -- Do not use this dealer

This was a terrible experience all the way around. During the sales process, my sales rep Matt reassured me that he would do everything I could to make sure I was satisfied. But, when I got my car home and realized it didn't have an important charging feature I thought was standard, Matt did nothing. Even though I'd had the car for days, he wouldn't even take it back at the value he sold it to me for. He wanted to give me $1500 less for it! He refused to answer my calls. I've been in sales before, and never would I have treated a customer this way. I would have done everything I could to make things right. Finally, when I just asked for the extra key he promised me, he told me there wasn't one. He explicitly promised me that he had one and then denied it. I would be very wary about this dealership if I were you.

horrible customer service.

horrible customer service. all the bad reviews here are truth. bought the car gave them 12k down payment. car didn't pass on smog. a week later car still not good. they been driving the car for few days. mile has gone up and still testing it that's what they told me. i keep calling them but they keep putting on hold. they do not answer they never call me back to update me. but instead they rather take they're shoes to get polish. but I'm glad didn't bought the car till now.

2017 Honda Civic

I want a refund for these warranties I was flat out lied...

I want a refund for these warranties I was flat out lied to and manipulated into purchasing by being told the price of the vehicle would be a lot higher if I didn't get these. My monthly payment was already calculated before I sat down in the chair because they had already factored in these "OPTIONAL" add ons. Payment packing is what this is called and if Michael the Salesman or Arnold the Manager (he must have one name like Madonna) don't call me back to say the cancellation forms are there for me to sign I am reporting this company to the State Attorney General. That is who provides enforcement to protect the consumer against such practices. I went to buy a car priced at $8995 and put $1500 down - I get that there are taxes etc.. to pay. But, they got me good, I am going to be spending two and a half to three years paying monthly to pad their pockets with their xx warranties before I even touch paying off the car. By the end of my loan, my total cost to finance $7500 plus taxes will be $19,000. This is for a car that has apparently already been in two accidents and may have suspension issues - but yes they will gloss over that part. So buyer beware - you DO NOT have to purchase these optional warranties because the lender is saying it is necessary for you to do so so they can protect your investment. And don't be rushed as they flip you through signing paperwork. So I'm waiting for somebody to call me back SOON to let me know those papers which I can cancel are ready for me to sign because I am not falling into we will keep you waiting for our whole work shift trick and then not give me the papers or have me sign them and then find a reason not to send them in. This is a royal pain in the butt, any decent company would not make it so difficult to cancel. They have the nerve to try and make me wait through three payments before I cancel. NO - why would I get a pro-rated refund, I'm not paying for your dishonesty. If I don't hear back by Monday - then I am contacting the State Attorney General.
