The worst dealership Freddy sold me and my son two broke cars with lights on the first two days the motor lock on one he kept the car after making me wait from 9:30-3:30 to tell me it’s the motor lock no ride home watch me break down and cry made me catch the bus home 3 he ride Freddy take your money and sell bad cars then no warranty as is 3 weeks past no word from him I had to pop up there then he said I have to pay for the motor 2000 they leave you on hold no answer nobody knows nothing up there all they say you is hold on I screen shot how long I waited somtimes 45 minutes then 35 minutes one time bad service we have to put him and his bag cars out out of business he robbery us please don’t go. To him please don’t go bad cars bad service period

Worst dealership in Houston!!!!
If I could give this place a negative 0 I would they don't care bout you they jus care bout they money they won't help u fix nun on a vehicle they basically own but expect u to pay your car note they sell u a broke down car make minor repairs so it's drivable again just so the next sucker can give them they money and when the car does break down they want u to put another down payment on another car they don't care about they customers at all this place is really bad and they need to be shut down in reality!!!!!!

Bad Business Sale
I would not recommend No One Should Never Go There They are Bad Business they say they have 2 Vehicle for me Then turn around and say no car for you So I guess they didn't want my money So take my business some where I didn't lose no money Thank you Mr Willy for work with me and be patient you did all you could for me Thank you so much

Waste of time and money
Selling Junk after taking money .. do not waste your time. Service engine lights on and they don’t care and tells you nothing they can do for you on day if purchasing . Cars are overpriced and interest rates are double the car.

Fredys used cars sell cars to people in hardship circumstances, knowing the vehicle they are selling is junk, for a way over priced amount with the intent to inflict emotional distress and utmltimately financial default and repossession of a subpar unoperational substandard ride

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM FREDY CARS
Purchased a used car from FREDY Cars. It had a check engine light on right after lease paperwork was signed. Got in writing that they would fix it. Every time I have taken the vehicle to be repaired the service manager tells me nothing is wrong and there’s no light on the dash and nothing is coming up on scanner. Within about 30 miles the light comes back on they get a phone call. Told to bring it back up they will look at it. Again mysteriously the light goes away. Contacted my finance company to let them know situation going on and they said to take the vehicle to the dealership for diagnostic. Which I did now they are trying to get them for fraud. By selling me a vehicle with motor issues on verge of failure and not repairing the problem. Go to any other dealership never this one.

Dissatisfied
We went to purchase a used car today in hopes of finding one that would be good for our family. I was told that they could help us out. I waited 6hrs after being jerked around and lied to before i finally decided that this place was not as they presented themselves to be. They wasted my entire day off of work. And then had the nerve to ask me where else to do you have to be?? Umm. Anywhere but at fredy car for less that's for sure.

DO NOT BUY FROM FREDY USED CARS...THEY ARE CROOKS
I purchased a car from Fredy used cars in June 2019. After some health issues and being hospitalized twice my finances was suffering. The month of December I was under the weather. I missed two calls but I called and made a payment arrangement. The following week on Thursday. I realized that they picked up my car on Wednesday. I called and I was told that they did not have a record of my phone call. I had to wait three days for the general manager Jonathan to get off of sick leave so that I pick up my car. He was unsympathetic and did not attempt to help me retrieve my car. They wanted me to pay $1500 to get my car back and I only owed $540. He lied to me and told me that my car was not at the dealership that day but when I went to pick up my belongings I was told that the car was at the repo lot. I contacted the repo lot I was told the car was at the dealership. I drove to the dealership three times to retrieve my property which was 30 miles each way. I was given a large garbage bag. Something told me to look in the bag and when I did there was a bunch of dirty kids clothes a dirty used maxi pad. I told him that that was not my bag and they went back to my car and brought back most of the things that I was looking for. I told I would be able to empty my old car out. When I got home I realized that I was missing my chargers my expensive eyeglasses and other personal effects. I contacted Jonathan and told him that I was missing my property. He called me back and said he had the same dirty bag that I opened the night before. He claimed that he had two people to empty my car and they signed off on what they collected. He stated to me if I had paid my car note on the time that I would not be in this situation. He’s right. But also if they did not lied about me not calling to make a payment arrangement I wouldn’t be in this situation. Jonathan has a black soul! Jonathan should not be in the car dealership business! Jonathan is a crook! Jonathan bragged about Repossessed 31 cars over the Christmas holidays! I wonder how many people called in like me and he still towed their cars. Jonathan Takes advantage of people who cannot afford to lose their cars! I should not have lost my car for $540. When I purchased the car there were 3 things that they were supposed to fix And they did not hold up to that agreement. I was told I had to pay for it after I was told it would be covered. I had referred a friend to purchase a car from Fredy Kia Used cars and I was supposed to get $150 referral fee but they refused to pay me because she used a cosigner. \They stole my items out of my car and refused to acknowledge it. My car was also priced $23,000 for a 2013 Kia Forte. It cost $16,000 new. The price on car gurus is $4375 for a car with the same mileage that I had. So I was overcharged $18,000. I was able to get a new car. A 2013 Nissan juke for $10,000. If you’re in the market for the car go to direct auto Houston and ask for Emily. You will get treated like a person, they will be honest with you and you will get a better deal on a car. Jonathan you will pay at some point for the things that he’s done! God don't like ugly!I want my property or to be reimbursed and I want my $150 referral fee. A copy of this complaint will be posted on every site I can find and I will be submitting a complaint to the state and the BBB.
