This dealership doesn't want to help you or try to get you a vehicle. They want to put you in a vehicle you don't want. Nick is the worst and gives excuses. He always says the computer is down, or when he suppose to call you and he doesn't. He is very inexperienced and if you want a vehicle go to another dealership.

Terrible Financing Department
Purchased a Vehicle and it test drove great. We purchased the vehicle and it acted up twenty minutes after we bought it. Dealership and Service guys where great on trying to figure out the problem and to resolve. However I got suckered into a GAP insurance and was told Dee wouldn't sell a vehicle without it. After reading the fine print I noticed I noticed if you refinanced it was void. I tried calling numerous times while getting the run around from the Finance Department. I ended up driving 200 miles to go back to the dealership because Dee from Financing kept given me the run around. Even after driving there she didn't want to take five minutes away from her smoke breaks to address the problem with the paper work. She wanted me to sign blank form to even move forward and said she would take care of canceling the GAP insurance. Three weeks later after talking with the Loan company and the GAP Insurance company they said they never got the paper work once again from the Dealership. Once again a run around. Worse customer service I have ever received from this one area of the dealership, everybody else was great. Regards, Arthur Keysaer

Great Dealership!
I came in looking for a specific car with a set budget. They were able to put me into a car that I fell in love with and worked with the amount of money I wanted to spend! They care about the customer. Nick was really helpful!

Very friendy and honest staff
We just bought a vehicle from them for the first time. Best experience we ever had. Very friendly, professional and honest!!! We for sure will continue to do business there and to refer friends to them as well. It was well worth the 31/2 hour drive to do business with them.

Excellent dealership to work with.
I would highly recommend McDonald Chrysler to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. Nick went above and beyond, finding me the exact vehicle I wanted. He answered all my questions and went out of his way to make sure I had the best expierence in purchasing my new car. I have dealt with many dealerships and McDonald Chrysler by far surpasses them all.

SALES WITH A SMILE AND GREAT ATTITUDE
NICK HAS AN EXCELLENT WAY WITH DEALING WITH PEOPLE, TRANSACTION WAS QUICK AND PAINLESS. HE ANSWERS QUESTIONS WITHOUT HESITATION, AND HE TOOK AT LEAST 45 MINUTES SHOWING ME THE GADGETS AND HOW TO'S OF THE NEW JEEP I BOUGHT FROM HIM. I WOULKD BUY ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM NICK LABERGE. Aweful experience.
We are very disappointed, we dropped James' truck off around June 12th telling them that the transmission went out while driving on the highway, fully willing to buy a new transmission from the dealership. They checked the truck out and insisted it wasn't the transmission. They have now had his truck for close to 2 months, after even sending it to another dealership because they did not have time or staff to get to it. It finally returned to the Clare dealership after hearing next to nothing, just to find out that it IS indeed the transmission. They said it would take about a week to get a new one in and a few days to put it in. Well, that was 3 weeks ago! Still no transmission. The only way we get updates is if we call there to ask if it is done. We have been MORE than patient with this whole process, I think it is time people know how their customer service really is. This is NOT the first time we have has issues here and we will not return once this process is finished.

Nick Laberge was awesome :)
Nick was a very good/helpful sales person that did everything to help me. He was very friendly & like family to me. I would absolutely recommend Nick to a friend or family member for a vehicle sale because of his guest service skills.
