Outstanding service, cleanliness, & pleasant staff
It's always a pleasure to visit your dealership even when regular maintenance is not due. I had a problem with my driver's seat belt seat. It was somehow twisted so that you couldn't be comfortable when buckled. I explained the problem to your Service Technician "Simon" who was very receptive to my problem. I made an appointment with him for two days later and when I went for the appointment, Simon greeted me, took the car in and in less than 30 minutes, he had the problem fixed and I was on my way home. His courtesy and professionalism were outstanding and above reproach. My problem, as usual, was fixed in short order. I have never had any problems with any Staff, Service or otherwise, in either purchasing or leasing a vehicle. Your dealership is beyond adequate and a pleasure to visit.

Great Customer Service

Another great experience with a great location
Mr. Polite was strongly motivated to help me get into a new vehicle. He worked enthusiastically to meet my needs at a price I could afford. I will refer people to him when the opportunity arises. The entire Bob Stall Chevrolet staff is very customer oriented and bends over backward go meet their needs.

Car buying experience
Salesperson was enthusiastic about your product and helpful. He seemed very knowledgeable and was very helpful. Car buying is never a pleasant experience. It was not too bad at your facility. I would like to add that, as a medical professional, my time is very precious and valuable to me. I got off work early one day and called for an appointment for an oil change. I was told to come in at noon. When I got there I was told that I had not made an appointment, and that I would have to wait for 2-3 hours before my truck could be worked on. I have not been to your dealership since for maintenance, and will never be back for any service.

Very easy!
So easy! I took my 2012 chevy cruz in for its free scheduled maintenence. Took it at the time it was scheduled, was helped by Kaitlyn who was extremely helpfull and knowledgeable. She took my keys and I ran errands and when I came back my car was done. I had thought I needed new brakes by was infomormed they still had some time before they needed changing. Kaitlyn informed me the techs found a water pump leak, which will be covered under my warenty and informed how to schedule the fix. I left within a few hours with my car running great, an apointment to get a new water pump and didnt spend a dime. One the best car maintenece experiences I have had.

Great dealership!
The only negative thing was that I received an email from your dealership in March telling me that it was time to service my new vehicle. I made an appointment, showed up on a Saturday only to have the service writer tell me I should wait until my car had 6000 miles before bringing it in for service. I think you should coordinate your service reminders with those that come from OnStar.

Easy and quick!
This was my first experience buying a new vehicle. You hear countless horror stories about pushy salesmen and hidden fees but my experience was relatively quick and the customer service was awesome.
