Great dealership - Worth the trip!
Eddy Francis did a phenomenal job of walking us through our new purchase from start to finish. We visited probably 8 dealerships throughout MA and NH and this was by far, the best experience we had! Brought the vehicle back for service and had another great experience with Rob! He did a fantastic job of constantly updating me on the status of the vehicle. Rob and Eddy both communicated very effectively, there was total transparency throughout the purchase and service.

Good Service
The service was good. I just wish they had told me my transmission was leaking before I left. I found out after reading the list of things they did to my car I left. I needed to make another appointment.

Service on my Ford Fiesta
Brought my car in to be serviced after having unsatisfied work done at another Ford dealership. I purchased my vehicle at Portsmouth Ford, so I thought it would be best to bring it back here for future services. Wayne the service advisor was very helpful. Very happy with the service and the time in which it was completed.

I had my car serviced in April, and was helped by Rob Clark, and then serviced again at the end of September, by Shane (don't know last name). They both are excellent, very customer focused, accommodating and nice to work with. Great employees !
