Salesman promised things right off the get go, allingment, alternator replacement. I decided to by the truck qith the offer ect, we'll when it came to servicing the truck after I signed complete headache had to bring truck right back for them to check alternator they test say it's fine even though it dropped from 14-15 volts to 9 in front of service manager, I took to oriellys by backend part they tested it and instantly tell me it failed and needs replaced, I call dealership and get run around and ignored I take back in to dealership next day they say we will fix it all and put the rim and spare tire on truck since they sold it to me without one and truck needed allingment horribly bad. They said truck was fully serviced yet resevior for antifreeze rmpty, power steering empty. They did definitely not do there 140point inspection they advertised they do. Note salesman sold truck with NO spare tire and said it was a fresh trade in. So I showup at 730 am to have alternator , alignment, spare tire and oil change ( cone to find out the fresh trad3 i was told complete lie truck had oil change march 2024 and sat till october for me to buy it. I sat in the lobby till 3 pm and they hadn't did anything to the truck, I demanded a rental and that was a pain also. Most horrible company to do business with. They all need retrained or replaced. How a car dealership can run suck a horrible crew all the way around . Take your business elsewhere . This company needs looked at by Owner and BBB

Terrible experience - I asked John Leone if they could
Terrible experience - I asked John Leone if they could work with my handicap and ship the truck . his response was " If you want to save the shipping charge then come to the dealership and pick up the truck in person" Yes that was the reply I got after saying driving for hours causes alot of pain - could you help me out with the shipping. Horrible way to help the handicapped !Please do not buy anything from these people - they do not have any care for people other than there own pockets !

The service department, especially the service advisors
The service department, especially the service advisors are completely incompetent !!!!! I had the service department order me a part to be installed at a later date -when the part arrived. Left a business card with my name, phone number, etc… even though the vehicle was bought at Granite and was in the computer system. Waited three weeks- I called the service department many times and left messages-but no return calls. I had to drive to the dealership to speak to someone after waiting three weeks. The part in fact had been there for at least two weeks, but no one called to say the part had arrived. Advisor said bring truck back the next day and we’ll get the part installed. Brought the truck back the next day for the part install. They called to get approval on about $3,500 worth of other work “fluids change outs, cabin filter, fuel filter, etc… it was all required to keep drivetrain warranty. I came to pick the vehicle up, but they never installed the part that was ordered and in fact was the only reason the vehicle was brought to the service department in the first place. Had to leave the vehicle there for another 3-4 days. Picked up the truck 3-4 days later and drove it back across town and the check engine light came on. Haven’t had any problems prior to bringing the vehicle into this service department. Brought vehicle back to the dealership to have them scan the codes to see what was causing the check engine light. (no one answers the phone or returns calls, so if you want to speak to someone, you might as well drive to the dealership). Advisor plugged in the scanner 4-5 code’s registered. Advisor says bring truck back next week and we will look into it further. Brought truck back the next week and dropped it off in the morning, then got a call late afternoon to come pick up the truck as they need to order a part. “We will call you when the part comes in.” Does this sound familiar? We are starting this whole process over again - no call when the part comes in, no one answers the phone or returns phone messages and more trips out to the dealership to check on the part that was ordered. Guess what— part was there for at least a week. Advisors are confused - “we don’t have anything in our system under your company name” as one of the advisor’s is holding a print out of the work to be done in the service department, I see our name on the print out and point it out to him. He says, “Oh, you are on there. Can you leave the vehicle today?” I said no problem, but I need it by the end of the day because that’s how I get home at night. He said it will be done by this afternoon, just need to switch out the ECU, unplug the old one and plug in the new one. I get a ride out to the dealer to pick up the truck at around 3:00, but it’s not done yet. Advisor says mechanic isn’t quite done, he needs another hour or so. I stop back 2 hours later, just before closing on a Friday night and it’s still not done. Two more trips out to the dealership on Saturday, still not done. I ask if I can take it and bring the truck back on Monday. Advisor says keys are on the mechanics bench but we’re not sure if he’s done with it or if it’s drivable. Vehicle ends up sitting out in two hailstorms even though there were two vacant canopy’s available 10 feet from where the truck was parked. Now it’s Monday afternoon around 3:00 - another trip to the dealership to get a status on truck. Advisor says it’s not done yet! I said will it be done today, if it will be done today, I’ll wait. He says probably not, but I’ll call you if we get it done today. The advisor calls and says truck is done and ready to be picked up. I get a ride out immediately to dealership to pick it up and get there and the service department is closed for the day. Sad thing about this situation, this all started from a service tech that couldn’t tighten a simple oil drain plug without stripping out the oil pan. Thankfully it wasn’t a Granite tech!

Almost a year dealing with these guys’ service
Almost a year dealing with these guys’ service department. In a word: INCOMPETENT. They can perform oil changes, and that’s about it. They are a glorified Jiffy Lube that sells cars. Want a tire rotation? Forget it. Won’t rotate tires at prescribed Owner Manual intervals because “They are all the same tires” That’s a direct quote from service manager Eric. Warranty work needed? Go somewhere else—ANYWHERE else. 18 days to swap out a torque converter because “well, we’ve never seen this transmission before”. This is a year old, 22 GMC 3500. Retrofit mods need installs? Nope, go somewhere else! Wanted 8 hrs of labor and a week or so for parts. Had THAT job done at a different dealership and it barely took an hour after parts were in. Nice facility run by idiots.

I went to Granite Buick GMC with my daughter and son in
I went to Granite Buick GMC with my daughter and son in law to buy a used car. Damien Calvert made the process as smooth as possible. He was very informative and polite, ensuring we felt comfortable every step of the way. We took the car for a test drive, and we were very happy with the way it looks and drives. We were a little worried about financing, but Jason Dymnicki let us know not to worry about it. He worked hard to ensure we got the best rate for them. I am happy with how everything worked out. I will recommend that my friends and family buy at this dealership.

Issue with service advisor
I bought a vehicle from the lot at Granite Buick GMC from their service advisor Blake. I was assured there was no major issues with the vehicle and which, after multiple attempts, fixing it after bringing it home I brought it to a mechanic and was diagnosed it as the DOD system failing, which cylinder number four valve was stuck open, the mechanic informed me this is a common problem with this year vehicle. Also there was a Raid delete programmer in the port that stops the DOD from working. Being a service advisor in the industry he has seen this multiple times, and should have been well aware in which I believe he was, you know darn well he what the problem was he jumped the title sold to me and passed his problem to me, Granite is allowing this fella to sell vehicles off of their lot and use their façade as comfort giving you a good warm feeling you can trust him. What he did is fraudulent and unethical, and he is a person inside of their business that has the power to obviously do just as much unethical practice when it comes to servicing of vehicles. I wouldn’t imagine it’s any different. I find it very hard to believe someone in his position didn’t know the issue with the vehicle. I spoke with the manager of Buick GMC and she basically condoned his behavior. My belief is the people that work for you reflect your business and how your business is ran.
