After working with Tomas this whole day and after 7 hours passed I texted him and asked him why the approval process took so long he responded with such contempt and anger that he told me this process does not take 20 minutes with a rude and condescending way. stay away from this saleperson and Viva Kia. Also called Viva Kia and the Sales Manager does not return my call.

Great Service
During my recent visit to Viva Kia I worked with a young man by the name of AJ Perches. He answered all of my questions, showed me every vehicle I asked about, and was very professional. Unfortunately, I was unable to purchase the vehicle at the time. Since then, Mr. Perches has called to check on me and has offered to help when I am ready to purchase a vehicle in the future.

Love, Love, LOVE our New 2016 Sedona!
During a summer vacation our rental was a KIA Sedona. It was comfortable, luxurious looking on the outside and on the inside, plus it performed very well on the California highways! Had to have one! And we did! Plus, as I am a person with a disability, the Sedona will undergo some basic accessibility modifications, and it should handle these well. I had the honor of working with Mr. Jose Juarez for my second purchase of a KIA vehicle. Mr. Juarez always has a contagious smile and is very professional and customer oriented. After my purchase of a KIA Forte, he continue to greet at the front door and address us by name. Really who remembers names!! He works diligently in providing the best service and deal. After three years, I decided to shop for a new vehicle but unfortunately, Mr. Juarez was not available. I was forced to work another salesman, and highly disappointed in his professionalism and customer services. I promised myself never to purchase another vehicle at this dealership. So after a few months, I contacted Mr. Juarez regarding a vehicle repair, and as always he was eager to assist. I arrived at the dealership, still with a sour taste in my mouth, due to prior experience. However, Mr. Juarez and Service Manager, greeted me at the front door. Mr. Juarez has made such a great impression on both my husband and I, that we walked out with a brand new KIA Soul, the one we wanted. Thank you Mr. Juarez for restoring my faith in mankind.

The General Manager showed be a filthy vehicle with over 2,000 miles as a new car! When I objected he was rude and condescending. I have never been treated so bad at a car lot! Never stepping foot at this dealer again.
