I got a nail in my tire over the weekend and called to make an appointment. I was sure it needed to be replaced and not patched by where the nail was. Russ was able to squeeze me in the next service day(Monday) even though they had a very busy schedule already. He was very nice and after the tire was done, he explained that it actually could be patched and not replaced. As we went up to the desk to pay and check out for the service, he once again explained how they patch up the tire so I could be confident in driving. Russ, as well as all the employees at Werner, are always very helpful, personable and professional.

The quality of their work is excellent, the service reps are very knowledgeable and keep me informed of work that may be pending in the future. They never upsell you. The cost is reasonable and in line with other vendors. Lori was great. She explained everything that needed to be done. I love the videos the tech sends.
