I brought my Audi A5 into the Baton Rouge dealership for my 15k mile oil change. I was greeted warmly by Stephen and he handled my service efficiently. He also noticed an issue with my tire and recommended some options. He ordered a tire for me that day and called me to provide updates on when the tire arrived. During the entirety of the process, he provided excellent customer service and further grew my loyalty for purchasing other Audi vehicles in the future.
