DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALER!

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALER! CON ARTISTS SCAMMERS TERRIBLE PEOPLE!!!!! On the date of June 8th, 2025 I purchased a 2006 Subaru Forester. I took out a loan for 4000 dollars and gave them my 2012 Volkswagen CC in exchange for the vehicle. On the site of the transaction I inspected the vehicle and was left assured that the vehicle was reliable to purchase and felt in safe hands. The experience of purchasing the vehicle itself was long and difficult, conversing with a salesman which did not employ nor emphasize customer satisfaction. Very unexperienced. After only a week of driving I went back to have the dealer top off my coolant after discovering that they had not yet filled it after their initial inspection which raised some alarms in my head. That same day I was driving and the vehicle began to overheat rapidly. I opened the hood and discovered that the coolant cap was missing. My first thought was that the mechanics forgot to reinstall the cap themselves. This led me to buying a new cap at AutoZone. I believed that the overheating was caused by the radiator cap missing and kept driving as normal. Suddenly the car began to experience overheating after only 20 minutes of driving. After doing my own research and taking the car back into the dealer the issue was determined to be a blown head gasket. A very intensive repair. After calling the sales department to try and work something through with them to get my car fixed I am consistently met with no information and calls that are not returned. I am a college student and do not have the funds to pay for a repair like this. I trusted Don Wood to sell me a vehicle that would be reliable and enjoyable for my time in college. This experience has left me with nothing but stress and anxiety revolving my own survivability as im paying off a loan now and i need a vehicle in order to work. Don Wood should either pay for the repairs or give me another vehicle to make this right. ALSO, the transmission needs replaced ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ these people have no idea what they are doing

Since purchasing a new Lincoln from Don Wood, we have had

Since purchasing a new Lincoln from Don Wood, we have had nothing but frustration. We waited an hour past our appointment time for signing papers on the initial pickup while our salesman tried to sell another car instead of taking care of us only to then find the entire dashboard was malfunctioning and would need to be completely replaced. And the customer service only went downhill from there! We have owned the car for nearly 2 months but only had it in our possession for about a week and a half due to it being at the dealership for repair for a faulty dash, non-working windshield wipers, a hitch that was purchased during the initial purchase that was apparently ?untrackable? by the dealership and we just had to wait for the unknown date of arrival that turned out to be nearly a month, a courtesy car that was to be delivered at 10 on a Monday that they ?dropped the ball? on scheduling and finally arrived around 2, and finally receiving the car with all work completed only to find that they had somehow created a red stain on the headliner of the backseat. Back to the dealership it goes again! The sales manager, Pete, has yet to return one of the 3 calls/voicemails I have left for him asking him to call me. Customer service must not be his priority. If I could leave zero stars, I would. I?ve bought several cars in my day, and this has been far and away the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced from a dealership. Fingers crossed that the Lincoln is of better quality than the dealership from which we purchased.

Exactly services and very friendly.

Exactly services and very friendly. The salespeople when I took it for a test drive she noticed something going on with the front end. Made an appointment and they took care of with no charge.

Ed Hornsby from Don Wood Toyota made the purchase of our truck perfect. Beyond Excellent Customer Service. He was dedicated to finding what we wanted. He found us the perfect 2013 F150 Platinum truck. Beyond beautiful. If you want a used vehicle without dealing with a shark, trust me he's the one. Try looking for a vehicle and watch how heartless the sales people are. Not with Ed. Just give him a call and see what he can do for you. I hope Don Wood appreciates you, he has a great person working for his company. Because of his call and his phone personality, we made a trip from WV to Athens, OH to purchase a vehicle. It was worth the trip. We ended up buying the truck and a 2024 Lincoln. The buying of the truck was an excellent experience. Also, a shout out to Charlie, Chris and Cody.
