Trenton was friendly and available and the rest of the team was enthusiastic to assist us. The car I wanted wasn’t on the lot and they sent someone to pick it up for me from South Carolina.

My appointment was at 11 when I called at 1:30 my vehicle hadn’t even been looked at, when I got voiced my aggravation the customer service rep was rude, didn’t even try to apologize just said the service tech got behind and then when I told him how disappointing the service was at this dealership he actually yelled at me and told me I can take it somewhere else.

The dealership was very accommodating. Our sales rep knew his job and executed it well. Finance department was very efficient.

Braydon was great! He was determined to help get me in the car I wanted and willing to negotiate. He even gave my sister and I homemade pepperoni rolls. A tasty snack and a new car makes for one happy gal.

Everyone at the Beckley Chevrolet store was extremely friendly and very helpful. They all made purchasing the truck easy.
