Extremely poor customer service and the service

Extremely poor customer service and the service department was unable to fix my car. I paid for absolutely nothing.

If could have came down 500.

If could have came down 500.00 on used truck i would have bought it todat but some young kid apparently a salesman said couldnt cause had no wiggle room. They added 900.00 on to pricefor somethibg. Stay away from them. Never trade or send anyone to them to trade

Our experience was smooth and fat.

Our experience was smooth and fat. Living an hour and a half away, we didn't want to waste a trip if they couldn't value our trade at what we expected. Logan Plumley worked everything out via phone to our liking before we even visited them. Trade value, financing, etc. When we arrived, truck was clean and ready to test drive and all paper work prepped. Once we test drove & loved the truck all we had to do was sign the documents that were ready. This was the quickest, smoothest vehicle buying we have ever experienced. I would definitely buy here again and recommend CrossRoads Chevrolet.

Great service all around!

Great service all around! Found the truck I liked at a different place. Got it sent straight over. After purchase experience was awesome. Did the work I wanted all at the same time and gave me a loaner.

Wouldn’t even give a 1 if it was an option ….

Wouldn’t even give a 1 if it was an option …. got maintenance done and had trouble with headrest not folding down on my 3rd row. They tried to tell me they were “stationary”. Not true, they just weren’t willing to help. Another dealership ordered the part for me immediately. Same day I got 30 mins away from the dealership after service and got a low tire pressure notification. It’s winter so my tire pressure had been lower. If they rotated my tires like said just 30 mins beforehand, shouldn’t have a low tire pressure.
