I wanted to buy my son a car and Angel Borja went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me. Needless to say my son is very happy and so am I. He made sure I got what I wanted. Very Blessed to have him as our salesman.

They took my car right in and actually listen to me.

They took my car right in and actually listen to me. Explain what was wrong. It took a few days to get the part in, but they called me every day to let me know what was going on which I thought was wonderful.. I was very impressed. Thank you.

My service was very short but very efficient. Ziggy was very helpful and very courteous. I know we customers can be a pain; however, each encounter with Ziggy was excellent customer service. He is very patient and very compassionate and that helps make the trip more bareable. I look forward to my next visit

The oil Change and tire rotation was great.

The oil Change and tire rotation was great. A couple of days ago I noticed a section of the splash guard under the car was hanging down. I had to jack it up and repair it. I guess the tech did not secure it properly after draining the oil.

Well since this is my third time receiving a message to leave a review I guess I will. I’ve been here several times with little to no help. My first time there the female service provider was very rude and dismissive, wouldn’t even listen to my plight because she had “other cars” to tend to that day which isn’t my problem as a customer. The other times I was turned away for problems with my car that only exist because they sold me a car that was rear ended and failed to tell me, otherwise I wouldn’t have wasted my time purchasing the car. My experience here has been nothing but a pain and I wouldn’t recommend anyone get a car here.

Im very sorry to hear of your experience. As far as the vehicle, the Autocheck was given and reviewed before any paperwork was signed. We see that you came in for a service visit one time in June to have your rear defrost looked at. We could not duplicate the issue. I will definitely have a talk with the service advisor as that is not how we treat our customers.

Actually, the auto check wasn’t given to me at purchasing. I only found out about the collision ten days after I got the car because I was emailed the car fax. Even when I went back I was given an apology as the sales representative told me he “didn’t see” it before selling me to car. It honestly doesn’t matter because I won’t be back but I’m gonna continue sharing my experience when asked.

Great customer service. Rick was the best salesman I could have asked for. Lindsay was great with helping me setup thr NissanConnect app on thr phone making sure the phone controlled with the car
