My dad brought my car in to be serviced & I didn't think

My dad brought my car in to be serviced & I didn't think I would need to look under the hood but I guess I should have because the caps were left sitting to the side under my hood. I only found this out after having a car accident where my brakes stopped working. There's no way they came off in the wreck because they twist & lock into place. I'm furious about this! Especially since I spoke to Matt & he acted as if it were impossible for them to leave the caps off!

Took car in for scheduled recall work as well as getting

Took car in for scheduled recall work as well as getting a key fob programmed. Went back to pick up and was told they didn’t have the part for the recall, said they would have it in about a week and for me to call back. That was over three weeks ago, I have called three times without talking to anyone in service, just goes to answering machine. I have left three messages and no one has called back. The man I talked to was very pleasant and knowledgeable and the rest programming of key has gone well. That is why I gave two stars and not one. But main reason I scheduled service was for the recall and that still has not been done and no one has returned my calls.

Natl.

Natl. back order for part and 5 + months later!! The service Dept. had the part installed in 1.6 hours. I’m just glad to have my car fixed. Very friendly service Dept.
