He listened to my concern, translated to the mechanics, which resulted in replacing of the bushings which were worn out and even broken. I was originally scheduled for tire rotation,alignment and balancing. Although expensive, my car now feels like the tires are NOT falling off. Nicholas did not dismiss my inept description. Nice treatment for an older lady.
