Jason,Service manager is very shady and charged me for work not performed on my car.Charged me for a transmission flush and just drained and filled plus added the wrong additive to my transmission which I had redone at another place not associated with there shady work.JASON HONESTY IS IN QUESTION HERE..

Excellent customer care. Goes above and beyond to provide quality care and support. I purchased my vehicle in another state . When I relocated I was lucky to be able to use Concord Subaru. I am grateful to now be a 5 year customer of Concord Subaru . Peace of mind that I have their integrity behind me

I highly recommend Subaru of Concord . From my online contact Destiny to my salesman Mike, they were on the ball. No high pressure sales tactics were ever used. They listened to me and worked a good deal.

Our salesman provided us with an above and beyond experience when purchasing the vehicle. We were undecided for so long and when it finally came down to it, he was more than happy to help us with anything we needed.

I liked this dealership UNTIL a month came and went and the 30 day temporary tag expired on our new Forester. I called the dealership and just learned they NEVER submitted the registration and tag paperwork we paid them nearly $100 for. The dealer rep I spoke to told me there was a "problem" processing our paperwork, which caused a delay. Basically, their response was 'oops, oh well.' So, we paid Concord Subaru $40K for a Forester and almost $100 to register and get tags for our car, and I find out they just today submitted that paperwork, so it will now be weeks before we get new tags. Be VERY cautious with this dealership...I definitely DON'T recommend them!

Loved my experience purchasing my first Subaru from Subaru Concord. Kindness counts and everyone was very courteous and kind. From the test drive to delivery, everyone respected me and the process.
