It doesn't get any better
Sun is amazing. The facility is beautiful and spotless. The sales team performs exactly as that ... A TEAM. Our sales agent, Dennis Fisher, was excellent and freely called on other sales agents to get involved in the process to give us a well rounded picture of the i3 we bought. It was a difficult process to buy an all electric car. But, the team that Dennis assembled assured us that this was the right car for our needs. And, now, 1000 miles later we agree with everything they told us. It is perfect for our needs. Sun and Dennis have set the bar higher than others can reach and BMW assures that they will stay there.

Exceptional Customer Experience
You will do no better than Sun Motors BMW for the ultimate care buying/leasing experience. This organization is the best in all facets of their service. Website design and functionality, dealership facilities, scope of inventory, and quality of vehicles whether new or CPO, are all top notch. But what sets them apart is their customer service - I am always warmly greeted, respected, listened to, and treated fairly. Last week when I leased a new car, the sales staff member delivered the car to my home the next evening and spent nearly 2 hours going over every single feature of the vehicle. I would suggest that if you are in the market for a high quality vehicle, that you go to Sun Motors BMW before you go anywhere else - you will be glad you did!

The ABSOLUTE BEST!!!
On my way from NYC to Pittsburgh, I hit a giant pothole on I-81, about an hour east of Mechanicsburg, PA. The only upside to the whole incident was having been towed to Sun Motor Cars BMW for the repair. I was so lucky that they were the nearest dealership. Coming from NY, I bought my BMW elsewhere, and prior to this, had never even heard of Sun Motor. Well, they treated me as if I were a regular customer. Right from the evening my car was dropped off there by the towing service, to the next day when I picked it up, I received great service. Stephanie kept me informed throughout the day. It ended up that my run flat tires were not in stock, but they had them delivered from Philadelphia, and they were on my car by late in the afternoon. (I was given the choice to have lesser quality tires that were in stock put on immediately, but I chose to get the Pirellis, hence the wait.) They provided me with a loaner car for the day, so I wasn't held prisoner there with my two dogs I was traveling with. When I picked my car up, it had been repaired and washed, in addition to other minor service issues that I was due for, like an oil change and windshield wiper fluid added (all under warranty, except for the tires, of course). If I lived in the area, or anywhere in Pennsylvania for that matter, I would buy my next car here. Thank you Sun Motor, and especially Stephanie, who made the whole process completely painless.

Service Is The Best
I have been a customer of Sun Motors BMW for over ten years. I would not even consider taking my car anywhere else but Sun for service. Client Advisor Ed Beleck is exceptional. Ed truly cares about the customer and goes far and above what is necessary to be sure every service experience is the best. Ed's friendly and customer focused attitude is outstanding and he always works with my schedule to see that my car is serviced at my earliest convenience. Purhcase New X5
The reason that I bought from Sun Motors is because of Jake Janicki. I was seriously planning to leave Sun and go to another BMW competitor. I discussed "leaving" with my former BMW sales agent from many years ago, Dan Commune, who is currently with Sun, but with another division. Within 30 minutes, Jake called me and I told him my concerns and plans. After a very good and frank conversation, Jake put my mind at ease and on a Friday night drove to my home (50 mile round trip) and brought a loaner for me to drive for the weekend. I also worked with Peter Kompotiatis throughout the buying process of a new 2015 X5. He was terrific as well.....very detailed and made the time to go through all the new improved technology. Peter will be a great sales agent!!! Make sure you keep him! Jake and Peter made the difference to both my wife and myself. It was a fun "buying" experience made possible by them. I have been a customer of SUN BMW since they bought it from CVM. I have been driving BMW's since 1985. The service has always been great over these 30 years. However, during the last several years I have not been as pleased. Jake has assured me that the concerns have been addressed and I believe him. I am extremely glad that Jake "made it happen" and Peter helped tremendously in the process!!!
