Everyone at the dealership was very nice and helpful. We had been there once just looking and when we decided to buy a Yukon we went back and asked to see the salesman that helped us (Nathan Smith) We will highly recommend him to anyone we know looking to purchase a vehicle.

This is the sixth time I have bought a vehicle from Crabtree Buick. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and professional. I always tell people that buying a car from Crabtree is practically painless! The whole process is well-explained, and all the employees go out of their way to make the experience pleasant.

I recently bought a new GMC Canyon from them. I've been buying cars from them for 20+ years and have always been well taken care of. I had a great experience this time and really love my new truck. I plan to continue having my vehicle serviced with Crabtree as well.

2019 Duramax went into limp mode 4 hours from home on the Thursday before Memorial Day weekend. Bad situation. Locals said two dealers and Crabtree is the best. Spoke with the Service dept who called back on Friday to check on things. Left the truck and they found a warranty extension on the problem parts. Crabtree fixed everything at no cost to me. Can’t say enough good words about their service department.

I have had a wonderful experience at Crabtree Buick. From first walking onto the lot to look/test drive and purchase a vehicle the staff were friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful. I returned to have floor mats installed and was greeted once again by friendly staff. They were fast and efficient with the installation. I am so pleased with my purchase but the service after the sale is amazing.

I bought a used car from Jackson Crabtree and the mileage was set back from 130k to 70k and the title had nothing under odometer. Do not put it past these people to use, abuse and take advantage of you.

I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership only to find out the odometer has been set back from 130k to 70k which; as far as I know is illegal. They knew it was incorrect because they put NOTHING under odometer on the vehicle Title.
