We love the service at Ray Miller Florence, Alabama. Mr. Jay, Mr. Marty, & Mr. Lynn, are always super friendly and helpful. They are all very knowledgeable and always very professional. Also Sales folks, Mr. Mark & Mr. Corey, are also wonderful people, they go out of their way to come say hello while I wait for my service appointments. I lost my Daddy a couple of weeks ago, it happened so fast & unexpected :'( ALL the mentioned above were super nice & gave me words of comfort during a very difficult moment in my life. Ray Miller staff has been wonderful to us since we started doing business with them, they have become very special friends to us, feels like family. :)

I continue to receive great service on my Buick Enclave. The staff is very friendly and they get you in and out within a reasonable time frame.

I wasn't going to do this until I read the other reviews and realized I wasn't alone. So, here's my first, last and only experience I have had with Ray Miller service department. Two weeks ago I scheduled an appointment for Monday to have my vehicle worked on at Ray Miller Buick-GMC in Florence, AL. Due to issues with work, I had to reschedule my appointment. I was told to bring my vehicle in on Friday. When I arrived Friday morning at the service counter I found out I wasn't even on their schedule. This failed appointment cost me a little over $200 in gas and missed work. However I still needed my vehicle repaired so, I was rescheduled for this morning (Monday, 11/8/2021). Well, rescheduled until just a few minutes ago. I just received a phone call (06:09am) from the Ray Miller service department stating my appointment had been canceled and we "... need to part ways". Their reason was because I had voiced my dissatisfaction with the previous appointment (which was settled in a phone call later that day) and the amount of money it cost me. My suggestion? If you want to be respected, go somewhere else.

This was my first time buying a vehicle and the team here made it so easy! Corey Hamner was my salesman and he was great at answering any questions I had and I felt no pressure to buy. I got pre-approved for financing and Donnie had my paperwork ready to go when I arrived to get my car and I was out in under 20 minutes. I have a GM dealer in my hometown but the service here was significantly better and I would not hesitate to make the 45 minute drive again to Ray Miller. Absolutely wonderful experience and I am thrilled with my new Acadia!
