Best Service Department Ever

Jay and the Service Team at Florence Mercedes in Florence, SC are awesome! Always ahead of schedule, not to mention a loaner is never a problem! I highly recommend this service department whether you purchased your car there or not, you really need to use this service Department!!!

Excellent Service as usual

Car repair

Jay at the Mercedes service department was excellent. My SL500 retractable roof was not functioning properly and he got the parts ordered, arranged for a loaner and got the job done in promised time.

Excellent service was rendered...The service representative was friendly and very helpful...I was offered courtesy coffee option while waiting in the lounge. The lounge was clean and inviting!

The service manager, Jay Holder was outstanding. Jay was considerate, thoughtful and kind. Previously, I had considered changing dealership because prior at this experiences at this dealership had not been that great. This is the best service experience I've had since purchasing my vehicle in 2016.

Mercedes SUV broke down in Florence SC

Our 5 year old Mercedes SUV broke down at the McDonald s off Interstate 95. The dealership was absolutely terrific. The part needed was not in stock and had to be ordered. The service people helped find a hotel that took dogs since we had our 4 year old retriever with us. They offered a loaner when one returned but we wanted to get to hotel so they arranged for Enterprise to pick us up and when repairs finished the next day took care of having rental picked up by Enterprise at the dealership. EVERYONE WAS JUST SO FRIENDLY AND HELPFULLY AND MADE the incident almost enjoyable.

Current Car Service

I was provided a 2016 Mercedes E350 loaner with a full tank of gas while basic car service was done on my CLK 320. Mr.Justin Harpe and his crew are rated by me five stars! !! Most importantly, Mr.Harpe explained in detail what services were needed and the final cost.In short,my overall service experience was outstanding.
