Clifton Garmrath was extremely courteous and very helpful from the start. As soon as we pulled up (originally for another reason), he was the first out... of the three to help us (as the others just sad and stood there). He was not pushy (which made us feel more comfortable), he was very informative and he was extremely patient with us as we went back and forth to different models. I really do feel that he put our intentions first as well as what we wanted. I have owned seven vehicles and this was by far the best experience I have had. I always dread the paperwork portion but they were extremely organized and it was a much quicker process. I absolutely love the 2017 Murano, I would definitely recommend Clif and the Central Nissan dealership to anyone hands down.
I thought it was a shot in the dark when I filled out the pre-qualify form online, but I was contacted almost immediately and they helped me every way... they could and got me approved for a brand new Rogue Sport within a few hours! Carl Deal is who helped us, and he was amazing! Answered his phone every time I called, was super friendly and didn't mind answering any questions I had. We're extremely happy with our experience!

I have a 2007 Infiniti QX56 and has had it in the shop several times for different issue and one occurring issue. My issue with Nissan service dept is... the lack of calls answered when wanting to make an appt or the fact they hardly call you as soon as your vehicle is ready. Each time I'VE had to call to find out where they were on the status of service. The main reason I will not be using Central Nissan service is the one issue they have never fixed all four times I've had to return my vehicle to repair other issue. The 4 wheel drive I'm sure had issues when I purchased the vehicle used. I tried 4 TIMES to have my issue resolved with them either not remembering to check that issue (which was on all 4 service tickets) or they took so many days to repair the other faults when asked the fault on the 4 wheel drive they were deer in headlights and asked to keep longer to check it out! REALLY.

First, I want to say that the service guys, Baron and Tye were great. They aren't the problem. My problem is with Nissan. I have a 4 year old vehicle that... is basically a $36,000 piece of crap. The transmission is fixed, of which I had to pay 30% of... I'm sorry but a 4 year old vehicle should never have to worry about the transmission going out. Now, the rear differential is messed up and,yet, Nissan won't cover that. I've never towed anything with this vehicle. I've paid for a 4 wheel drive vehicle and I can't use that feature because it's faulty. I had planned to purchase a new Pathfinder when I got ready, my mom wanted to and so did my sister. Since I've had all these problems and Nissan wouldn't do more for me, my sister has purchased 2 TWO Toyotas and my mom is now looking at Toyota or Hyundai all because Nissan wouldn't suck it up and clean up the mess of a vehicle I was sold. I was told this was an isolated occurrence... I find that hard to believe. That's 4 vehicles that Nissan could have sold just within our family but because Nissan wouldn't take care of us we will be going somewhere else. I'm not paying the dealership to fix the rear differential,as great as Baron and Tye are, I will be getting all of my work done elsewhere until it's time for me to get something new. I will not purchase another vehicle from Central or any Nissan dealer. Totally unsatisfied and I'm telling my friends and coworkers.

Today July 21, 2018 I purchased my second vehicle from Mr. Carl Deal at Central Nissan. In 2016 I purchased from Mr. Deal and returned today because he... delivers on absolutely everything. From A to Z he takes care of it all and with great ease! I'm in my second Murano and he has definitely made this lady so very happy! Thank you for all that you do!
