Nissan is always very professional. They are always very prompt! The people I speak with are always very friendly! They call me before doing anything extra if they see something needed!

Had oil changed and had a bad filter that leaked.2 guys came out to my house corrected the problem.They then took my car back to the service department to clean it and make sure it was fixed properly.

I do not have a great credit score but am working to improve it. Barron helped me find the car I wanted and Neil and John worked diligently to find a company to finance my loan. Great customer service and they were all very friendly and pleasant.

I was able to pull in and immediately I was greeted by Jody. He was friendly and he asked what could he do for me. Although I came looking for a car in particular once I explained what I had and what I was needing he New the exact car for me. He asked simply do you want white or red and from there it was a wonderful experience.

I have been to a few other dealerships to where the aervice is absolutely horrible. But things were different going to central nissan in jonesboro ar. They have great workers there. I would recommend this dealership to others.

Yesterday was great. We did have some problems with car charger because it wouldn't work with our phone. So we finally gave up after the,warranty was no longer in force Love the car thought that should have been replaced and because it wasn't. I'm sure next purchase will be elsewhere. Thanks Delaine
