Spradley Kia sold me a nightmare lemon that ate 8 months
Spradley Kia sold me a nightmare lemon that ate 8 months of my life and $2,000 out of my pocket despite a warranty. The service records I received at the time of purchase claimed it had no issues. In reality, it had a leaking thermostat, a broken evap purge valve that was xxxxxxx air into the fuel lines, bad battery wiring, an engine misfire, and a failing torque converter. It was in their shop within 1 week of purchase. Spradley sent it to Alpine Ford without actually reporting the correct customer states suggesting a misfire and failing torque converter; I requested Alpine's records and they only show Spradley's report being "engine light on", not the C/S. The warranty Spradley sold me would not cover all of the work and I ended up paying 2 grand on repairs for that car. It was in the shop for 70 days. When that still didn't fix the problem, Tara tried twice to convince me to trade it back to them. They sold it to me for $11,000 and offered $5,000 for trade-in after replacing nearly the whole car's worth of parts. I took my business elsewhere in the end and got $10,000 for a trade-in down the road, and a much nicer warranty.

They still have my kia soul since christmas day when it
They still have my kia soul since christmas day when it was broke into. I have corresponded with the service department once a month since the incident, everytime "still waiting on a part" xxx. BUYER BEWARE. I get the cold shoulder every time i call. ITS LIKE PULLING TEETH. - DALE H.

I bought a car at this dealership a couple of months ago
I bought a car at this dealership a couple of months ago two days ago the computer screen on the dash went black. I wasn’t very happy. I took it to them yesterday.but cars are complicated these days and xxxx happens. I put it in at 8:30 and by 430 everything was fixed. Everybody at this dealership has been so nice to me. I can’t begin to tell you. I am going to talk them up all the time and Zach was great yesterday the service man I spoke with. Got a courtesy ride from a very nice lady, (sorry forgot her name) to my house and picked up and back over to the dealership. Great place to buy a car.

This was my second purchase from Spradley Kia , The first time was above board , just moved from northern CO, to the LaVeta Area southern CO, a lot more personally than where I was from. This last purchase was once again , excellent care, we decide to upgrade to a new Sorento with more option. John and his entire staff made it all possible in one day.
