SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT, FOLLOWUP WAS EXCELLENT,EVERY SAFETY ITEM WAS CHECKED,SEDONA WAS WASHED AND CLEANED ON INTERIOR.WE WERE VERY PLEASED. WE RECOMEND KIA OF WAEENTON. THE WHOLE STAFF TREATED US WITH RESPECT.

Candice and the staff made my purchase very easy. We were able to communicate clearly via email and arranged a time to come in and pick up the car. It was out front, clean and they were able to get us in and out. A great experience!

i got dangerous recall yesterday and called warrenton kia and told them about the recall and was transfered to service, after 14 minutes on hold it sent me back to main desk. i again told the man about the recall and he said service was busy but took my name and phone and said as soon as service had time they would call me, that was around 1 pm yesterday. no one called me back and at 7pm i texted service and immediately got a text it was after hours and they would call by end of day today but i have no faith anyone will call. the recall said the front seats could catch on fire and to park car away from house and keep out of garage so to me this is important. Since we bought our telluride a few months ago the staff has changed and customer service seems non existant.

Warrenton Kia was great they were easy to work with and super helpful throughout the process, Our Sales representative Kalib was extremely knowledgeable, they worked hard to get us exactly what we were looking for.

After putting down payment and written assurances that car would be held for me, they called at last minute to tell me it was sold. They knew I was coming from out of state. They assured me in the morning I was to leave that car was available but then called me as I was walking out the door to tell me that they had sold it.

I’ve had a two car experience here. First a lease then after three years a purchase. My experience was nothing less than excellent. The Kia Sportage is amazing in both quality and experience. I previous owned a Ford Fusion energy and my first Kia’s technology (lane keeping assist and all the like) was obviously superior. And the price was lower as well. I’m 76 and I’ve owned a lot of cars. I am truly excited about this vehicle . And Warrenton Kia is a small friendly no nonsense dealership that makes it truly a pleasure to do business with. I don’t want to change cars or dealerships again.

They were not to pushy and very helpful. I found a car I liked and it had an alignment issue and they had it fixed the next day.

I see a lot of old reviews , but my husband had none of those problems and was very happy with sales and finance people. He is elated with his Audi 3 and feels like he got a very fair deal. He traded in our 2021 Ford Ecosport Luxury orange with 4700 miles on it and they gave him $20000. for it. Frankly, we don't give a xxxx what they sold it for, they are a business. We got a fair price on the Audi also! Everyone was really nice there too!

Daughter bought Kia sportage 2017..plain Jane..$23 000.( Salesman said they payed 22 000 for it.so no room for n Negotiations.. She got $6000 for her old Chevy equinox,they are selling it now for $11995..they,promised oil was changed. It was not..i checked black and gritty ...and Mr sin used f word..
