I've had exceptional service here Will, my salesman was awesome. He didn't try to sell me any of those xx add ons as happens at other places The ones I got were clearly explained including the total price My service with sales Mgr. Also quite good in this area unfortunately she's moved on Cindy in service has been amazing as has every one in that department I purchased the PPF coating wich went well but developed a small problem This was taken care of at no charge AND they got me a good deal on ceramic coating wich I was going to get any way I advise getting both Do your research. I think you'll be satisfied with their price point Love this car 2023 E45 cabriolet dark emerald green beautiful I'd buy again but expect to jeep this car forever

I had an absolutely amazing experience working with William T. From start to finish, he was attentive, patient, and incredibly responsive. He spent hours with me across multiple visits, carefully listening to what I was looking for and going above and beyond to help me find the perfect vehicle. It is hard to get in contact with Service Mgr and General

It is hard to get in contact with Service Mgr and General Mgr regarding recall issues with my vehicle. The worst customer service and maintenance services department I have ever seem. I have always had confident in the MB team until recently when they told me that it would cost me $10, 000 to repair my SUV and all of the repairs stemmed from water filled up in the back of my car. This is a recall issue that never got completed on my vehicle. They always told me that my vehicle never had any recalls. Very disappointed with the Mercedes Benz of Huntsville, run if you have to go to them.

Awesome customer service and excellent pricing

Awesome customer service and unmatchable pricing! I purchased my beautiful 2020 Mercedes Benz 250 GLB a week ago. The dealer located this vehicle for me out of state and gave me a great deal. They beat my local dealers pricing and were very competitive. Additionally, the wonderful salesperson, MacKenzie went out of her way to ensure the deal was put together and that I got the best pricing! She was very cordial, followed up timely and even checked back with me after a few days post sale. She wanted to ensure I was completely satisfied and happy with my purchase. She provided excellent customer service and ensured I was properly taken care of. I am so glad I went to this dealership, which was about 3 hours drive from me. Finally, they even delivered the vehicle for me! Thank you MacKenzie for taking care of me. I felt very good buying vehicle from her!!!

Professional and courteous

I would like to compliment Christina for the time she spent with me Monday Oct. 28th. I visited to look at a Pontiac Solstice they had for sale. Christina spent quite a bit of time with me, we took the car for lengthy road test, given plenty of time to look over the car for my personal satisfaction and never during the entire process pressured me to hurry up and make a decision. In the end after negotiating, it came down to me just not really ready to write a check for the difference between the loan amount and the negotiated price. I truly just want to compliment Christina on her politeness, patience , and mostly her professionalism while working with me and giving me the time I needed to make a final decision. Though I did not purchase a car at this time I would not hesitate to visit this dealership again to consider a vehicle.

My sad experience over deteriorating service

Although they have been helpful and courteous in the past my more recent dealings have not been good. I will never go back after the cumulative bad experiences I've had the last 4 years. They misplaced my car for 3 days, failed to repair my problem once, repeatedly did not call me with status of car/repairs when they had to keep it awaiting parts and a brusque send off when i declined to have hydraulic system completely rebuilt for $XXXX right after I had already paid nearly $2000 for an incomplete repair. Needless to say I'm looking for and think I've found another repair facility that can handle Mercedes cars and has more attentive service managers.

Amazing sales service!

Everyone at Mercedes-Benz of Huntsville, especially Genna, was very helpful and courteous. I was greeted promptly, given the chance for an awesome test drive, and the sales process was a breeze! Rick the Sales Manager and Scott the Finance Director were great as well. I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone.

untrusted dealership

This is a formal expression of distress, incompetency and the lack of care and compassion that your dealership has shown during our recent visit to your location. They are unprofessional, untrusted, will not keep their promises, and it seems every sales person in this dealership not represent Mercedes Benz of Huntsville as the sales manager has shown us. Please try to avoid this dealership as much as you can, and I should have read the reviews over Yelp before even planning to have a business with them. I will try advising my colleagues, friends and my college students to avoid this dealership. w our visit of this dealership (Mercedes Benz of Huntsville) in May 29,2018. I live more than two hours away from this dealership, I was interested in one of their car for my wife, so I contacted them a day before our visit via phone and email and first, I talked to the sales manager (Rick Vaughn), I asked him that I want to take Greg Melbo (sales professional ) who had a positive feedback from customers, but he transferred me over another sales person (Justin Oates)!!! I assumed Greg was unavailable at that time. We have a deal over the phone on the car for $35,500 and Justin agreed on this price and congregated me after he talked to his manger and we set an appoint for next day at 12 pm to come and buy the car. My wife, who was very excited for her new car, and I dropped our kids at the a daycare to drive over two hours to buy the car. We got there at 12:30 pm and we waited there around 2 hours to see the car, they told us the car is not ready yet since they are replacing some parts on the car which is very unacceptable. We saw the car we liked it, when it's the time come to sign the paper they added $2,700 on the top of the agreed price + $850 documentation fee. I told Justin the additional repair cost is not acceptable and he didn't mention it before at all. He said he didn't know about this cost until the last minute. He said instead of I do the repair later they did it for me. It was unbelievable, we agreed on the car price and I didn't ask to replace anything. they try to let customers PAY more without caring about their promises to customer that I have been given before visiting them. You will never face this situation with any dealership in the country, they are immoral in dealing with their customer based on my experience. I asked Justin to let me talk to his manger (Rick), he told that he is in meeting, which is not true unfortunately, he was sitting in his office by himself where I can see him. I was very upset at this time when I tried to walk to him, Justin asked me to wait and he will get manager. Rick (the sales manager) handle the situation unprofessionally by saying "the sales person (Justin) agreed on $35,500 not me"!. If they don't trust their sales professionals how customers can trust them? We waist all day for nothing with them, the people in this dealership didn't keep their promises and they are not trustful. Drove back to our home town without the car but with the worst experience ever.

Number one sales lady of the year

What a superstar sales lady! Very informative, likeable and a straight shooter- Gave us the best deal and car ever. My wife and I are very pleased.
