With sale pre-arranged still took awhile to see the car
With sale pre-arranged still took awhile to see the car and begin finalizing the deal. Open issue is the car is missing its' mechanical key. Sales folks aware but never found resolution or elevated to management. Extremely concerned I will have to solve the issue of the missing mechanical key myself.

From my drop-in on the lot to ask questions about different models, to Toyran keeping in touch with me over the course of several months until I was ready, to sending me a vehicle that just hit the lot he knew I'd love (he was right, I bought it!), and the entire buying experience...everything was top notch.
