I walked into the dealership not even interested in a

I walked into the dealership not even interested in a Mercedes. I left with a new car mostly because Leen knew just what I really wanted in a vehicle. She must have known I wanted a fuel efficient car, a comfortable and practical car. But I also deserved to splurge a bit. I hate car shopping and she made it a really great experience! She’s really one of a kind. I’ll recommend your dealership and Leen to anyone who will listen!

I called ahead of time and spoke with Caleb to make sure

I called ahead of time and spoke with Caleb to make sure I had a loaner to go to the doctor (I live 2&1/2 hours away) and did not have one. I even mentioned that I could change my appointment time if that would not work. Also, I requested my tires to be rotated and they were not. At least, it doesn’t look like it and it’s not on my bill. I mentioned this when I made the appointment and when I dropped it off.
