With sale pre-arranged still took awhile to see the car

With sale pre-arranged still took awhile to see the car and begin finalizing the deal. Open issue is the car is missing its' mechanical key. Sales folks aware but never found resolution or elevated to management. Extremely concerned I will have to solve the issue of the missing mechanical key myself.

Great service.

Great service. Caleb service tech is excellent. Courtesy vehicle and driver were excellent too. Please with mechanic and video of inspection.

I was greeted with excellent, friendly customer service from the first call with Tarik, subsequent dealing with the Jerrold in Finance, to Toyran and finally to service representatives. All have been very responsive to my questions and inquiries.

The entire experience with Mercedes of Little Rock was

The entire experience with Mercedes of Little Rock was everything you'd expect it should be. From my drop-in on the lot to ask questions about different models, to Toyran keeping in touch with me over the course of several months until I was ready, to sending me a vehicle that just hit the lot he knew I'd love (he was right, I bought it!), and the entire buying experience...everything was top notch. I definitely recommend Mercedes of Little and working with Toyran Patrick!
