Overall, excellent experience. The sales and management team was superb. No pressure, excellent product knowledge, focused on providing a customer solution rather than just selling a car. Our sales representative Leen, was outstanding. She did an excellent job of representing our requirements to the management team so that they had a clear understanding of our expectations. The bottom line was that Mercedes-Benz of Little Rock worked hard to earn my business and for that I’m greatly appreciative. I’ll be back Leen. 😂!

It's a shame we spent hundreds of thousand for multiple
It's a shame we spent hundreds of thousand for multiple car purchases, and many more thousands for service, and now you add a credit card fee when we pay for service! Nickel and dime? Not a good look for a luxury brand.

I am so sorry you feel that way. I believe all we do is pass along the 3% credit card fee that we get charged from the credit card companies. In this case, you were given the opportunity to pay by check, cash, or debit card so you do not incur a fee, but you chose to use a credit card instead. Also, we provided you with a discounted service price to make up for the fee. Thanks for your business.

Jason in the Service Dept. was extremely helpful in making sure that the proper service was performed on our car and kept me informed throughout the process. The waiting area was very nice with complimentary coffee, water and snacks. A great experience for what is considered a mundane part of car ownership.
