Was very complimentary of the one on one service once I

Was very complimentary of the one on one service once I made contact with. Them. My car went in a ditch and was towed in without me present so I was not able to speak to anyone promptly. Once contract was made it went very well. Uncertain if certain insurance questions have been answered but that is between the insurance company and the agency.
