Got my oil change

Everytime I go to Ford I never had a bad experience. Everyone was very nice n they know how to handle business. I never had to Waite a long time ,n they how to make u feel like your problem is there . Thanks

LOVE Raceway Ford of Hartsville!!!

I went to Raceway ONLY looking around. Did not plan on necessarily buying. Just wanted to see what was out there and if it was something I could manage in addition to everything else I have going on. Connor was truly helpful in helping me lay out all of my options with different vehicles, and Jeremy did an awesome job with the financing as well!! I was not expecting to drive away in a car that day, let alone a brand new one!!! I love the entire staff at Raceway of Hartsville, and tell people about my experience all the time!! They made buying my first dealership/loaned car easier than I ever dreamed it would be!!

Great Service As Always

Long Wait to Test Drive Vehicle

I called the day before to let them know I would be driving 80 miles to look at a particular truck. When I got there, they had to make a new key cause they somehow lost the key. After 4 hours they finally managed to get a key made. I have had keys made from place like Walmart or others that make programmed keys, and it took a few minutes. This is ridiculous. I took the truck for a PPI and it turned out pretty bad. Logically I assumed they would come down on the price. Instead they tell me that they can turn around and sell it at auction for at least the list price to someone who has not had a PPI done, so they were not going to budge. I called the manager a couple days later and he said the same thing. He was very rude and snooty while talking to me. I would never go to this dealership again.

We're sorry your experience wasn't a pleasant one. The vehicle you inquired on, as advised, was a wholesale unit that was slated for auction. We classify these units as anything over 7 years or 100,000 miles. These units are identified as such and only have safety inspections performed prior to auction. In your case, the 2004 truck was listed for $5,000. It may not of been a certified unit however did run well for its age and was it good condition. The dealership would not reduce the price as we already had offers on it at that price. When you called back to again negotiate, I believe your frustration arose from the fact the truck was sold for that price to someone else later that day. Again, we do apologize for your frustrations however wholesale units are clearly defined in pricing, with clear advisement that these are auction vehicles though can be purchased "as-is". The turn rate is fast as these aren't common units that we prefer to retail, therefore negotiations are typically limited, minimizing frustrations or wasted time.

Outstanding dealership

I had my first oil change in my 2016 Ford Escape. I only had to wait a few minutes for the service to be completed. Everyone was very polite.

Great, quick, and helpful service

I have a 2015 Ford Explorer & was a little overdue on an oil change - I was able to bring it in & have it done the same afternoon I called to set up the appointment. The service department is always very helpful & kind!

There was a recall on my Ford Fusion 2010. The service was great and very helpful. I had no problem getting my car service and getting out in a timely matter.
