Capital Toyota

The reason I came to this dealership was the Sales Manager Aj Rice. We called in to speak to an associate about a new Tacoma for my family. We ended up getting transferred to Aj I believe on accident. Which was the best thing to happen to us. He introduced himself as the new car sales manager and said it would be a problem he would be beyond happy to help us. We told him what we were looking for and he informed us he had the perfect truck. I told Him we lived in Johnson city and that it would be a long drive for us to make it to Chattanooga. He informed us that he would make this the easiest and most transparent process of purchasing a car we have ever experienced. Man was he right! He took our information down and said to bear with him for a few mins. Next thing I know within 20mins he had taken pics of the car and a complete walk around of the truck and demonstrated the key features on a video. He then called us shortly after to follow up and make sure my husband and I received the pictures and videos. We were so elated with the how he handled the entire situation we decide to make the 3hr plus commute just because of the process A.J. the manager did for us. But it doesn’t stop there. We schedule to come in a Saturday and have a time. He then told us to ask for himself or a sales associate he was going to put us with to finish the paper work. We arrived and as I expected they were busy and that sales person he wanted us to finish up the paper work with. So A.J. went above and beyond again and greeted us and told him to give him a few mins bc that sales person was busy. He came back up mins later and said to follow him and brought us into his office. He informed us he knew we had made a long drive to come see us and did not want us to wait. And he proceed to do all of our paper work himself so we could get done quick. He even had our truck cleaned up and filled with gas waiting for us! I just have to say I have bought tons of cars and have never had a manager of a dealership go above and beyond for us before every. I will from now on always recommend anyone in the tri cities to make the drive to Capital Toyota for the experience to see the manager A.J. or anyone else outside of the area or in the local aera to see him at Capital.

Will was great. Not pushy, and a great listener. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells, takes the time to answer questions thoroughly. Very professional.

I want to thank each and every person I dealt with when purchasing a new truck for my husband for Christmas. Josh Wilcox got the ball rolling and found a vehicle that met my needs. Detha Yoder made the buying experience an absolute breeze, and special thanks to Michael Heath for carrying out the surprise delivery to my husband in POURING RAIN on a Friday night. It wasn’t optimal delivery conditions, but it went very well. This is our first Toyota, and certainly not our last. Thank you for excellent customer service, and the most painless vehicle buying experience I have ever had!

Very easy and quick process. I felt that my questions were answered and frankly I thought the process was easy and simple. The vehicle is excellent and everyone was friendly. It was a comfortable car buying experience overall and that’s not something I thought I’d experience from a dealer.

This was our 2nd car from Capital and Alicia Normand our sales person. I don’t have the words to express our satisfaction that we had with both sales. They worked to get us the deal WE wanted. Been buying cars a long time at different places but this place is it for us we will be back, thank you!

Marco was an excellent salesman. He first asked questions to get a general idea of what I liked. Then he drilled deeper into what I though was important and thought I wanted. After that, he presented me with several different options (cars) that fit what I'd told him. Marco was not pushy. But he showed interest, was very knowledgeable, and presented what I might like in a very concise manner. I came in for parts for my Tundra and planned only to look around for a future buy. His professionalism and ability led me to buy a car on the spot; without any reservations. He was extremely polite, caring, and attentive.

Alicia and Deetha were awesome. My son was making his 1st vehicle purchase and they were both very attentive to his needs and informative. Will definitely refer anyone looking for a vehicle.
