This was my first Honda purchase, and I love my car! Charlie worked hard to find the exact car to match my criteria. When my engine light turned on, Charlie and the service staff immediately took my car in, gave me a loaner and fixed the problem. Charlie, and the staff at Peters, went out of their way to accomodate me. I would highly recommend this dealership!

The sales and service was superior! Charlie went above and beyond and accomadated all of our needs. It was my son's first car and he was thrilled! Thank you Charlie for your attention to detail and thanks to Peter's for their top notch organization!

Charlie and I have been trying to find the "perfect" car to meet all of my needs - it took several months to do so and was well worth the wait. I needed the space/seating of a mini van - but wanted something sportier. They found me a Dodge Journey with low mileage that was absolutely perfect! It accommodates in size, has so many extras and is very sporty! Charlie teamed wioth his son Mike made a great team! Thank you both as well as the entire team at Peters! We will definately be back!

Chris was excellent ... helpful, polite, honest, sincere, and efficient. He quickly negotiated a very fair deal with me and stuck to that deal when I drove an hour to finalize things 2 days later. He delivered the car to me the next day after we realized an unavoidable issues with the Massachusetts registry.

Just a great experience. Down to earth salespeople. The whole experience was friendly, honest and quick. My wife was driving away in her new Honda in just three hours. I had to go back on Saturday AM to get my inspection sticker. They were waiting for me and within minutes, it was done. My service writer has always been Ray Trudeau (when available)and he epitomizes the professional auto expert. He is extremely knowledgable,courteous and friendly to me on every one of my sevice visits. Ray is always honest and explains in detail the service issues with my vehicle. He always quotes a fair price for the service work needed and I also like the discount coupons offered By Peters Honda. Once again I returned to Peters of Nashua to purchase my second Honda. I just love this dealership from the second you walk thru the door, the environment is so unique from all other dealerships I have frequented in the past. It is so warm and friendly and no high pressure sales tactics. Ron Stella is my point of contact and he has a superior professional deameanor about him. Between the dealership's warm environment and Ron's superb ability to find out just what the customer wants and go to great lengths to achieve it, it is truly amazing! I highly recommend this unique experience for all to try. Buying a car from them is honestly a pleasure. Try it, you truly won't be disappointed.

I am so pleased with Peters Honda ..that I bought a second honda crv there. Their service department is excellent and my salesperson for the second time Sue Boyce is the best. She can answer any questions you may have..and very cooperative to work with.The atmosphere is very friendly. If you buy a Honda from Peters of Nashua...You will not be dissapointed. I just purchased my 3rd car from Peter's, second CRV. Since I only buy a new car every 10 years or so, sell my old car independently, never finance a car, never buy the extended warranty or the service package, I suspect that car salespeople really would rather not deal with us. Chris is very thorough in communicating his product and his followup skills are excellent. He was always polite, professional and personable. We never felt pressure to make a decision. This is the first Honda I have owned and I have been pleasantly surprised with the overall performance of the vehicle. The service dept leaves something to be desired. I have always brought my vehicles in for scheduled maintenance but it seems that they aren't sure what the scheduled maintenance should be. There's a maintenance minder with a code that comes on when it's time for service but the service they perform is not the same as what's indicated in the manual. I recently brought my car for service at 29,000 miles (it actually had about 29,750 miles) when the light came on. The service Rep indicated this was only an oil change. As I was leaving he said we'll see you soon for the 30,000 mile sevice. Why didn't they perform both while I was there? If they can't be trusted with something as simple as that how will they perform when there's an issue? I have no confidence in them and will find another dealer.
