Went in for my first service and work with Stephanie. I was at another dealership who was not very helpful. I called Stephanie she said come right and we’ll take care of you. No stress everything done and under an hour. That’s the way Service should be done.

Extreme Vigilance Required—Deception and Hidden Fees on Kia Niro Purchase I love the 2025 Kia Niro Hybrid EX. The final delivery employee was knowledgeable and kind. However, the purchase process was highly deceptive and stressful, requiring constant, aggressive intervention to secure the initial advertised price. Pricing and Contract Deception: The dealer repeatedly inflated the final sale price, quoting a higher total three times, even though I was just trying to get the *advertised* price. The final, higher price adjustment was hidden in the fine print of the loan agreement after we had verbally agreed on a lower number minutes earlier. I had to strongly insist the dealer correct the price back to the initially advertised amount, a request they resisted until the final hour. Hidden Fees and Financial Misinformation: Undisclosed Add-ons: A mandatory $500 fee for a "pulse braking" accessory was added to the invoice without my knowledge or consent. (Not counting the unneeded carpet floor mats.) High Doc Fee: The document preparation fee of $699 was excessive. Upsale Pressure: Dealer tried to get me to lease and get unnecessary coatings and additional warrantees. Financing Markup: Despite an 800+ credit score, I was offered an APR of 7.75%, a deliberate markup significantly higher than the rate I was eligible for, which the dealer failed to transparently disclose. False Payoff Information: The dealer told me the complete falsehood that I was required to make three monthly payments before I could pay off the loan balance. Coercion: The dealer initially demanded a $500 delivery fee but only waived it in exchange for a promise of a "good review," a coercive attempt to manipulate their public rating. Conclusion: I recommend the Kia Niro hybrid, but buyers at this dealership should meticulously scrutinize every line of the contract and be prepared to battle over undisclosed fees and interest rate markups.
