I had an amazing experience at Pride Kia in Lynn. My car suddenly started having a lot of issues, and they immediately arranged for it to be towed to the dealership. Stephanie took care of everything from the moment it arrived. She’s such a wonderful, kind, and caring lady. At the time, I was pregnant and really needed a car just in case I went into labor. Stephanie made sure I had a loaner car right away, which gave me so much peace of mind. She kept in touch with constant updates about my car until the repairs were fully done. The communication and support were truly above and beyond. I always take my car to Pride Kia Lynn because they never disappoint. And honestly—what better place to bring your car than the place it originally came from? Highly recommend!

Amazing customer service. I was consistently in communication from the moment I called Kia Roadside Assistance (tow truck arrived within 20 mins!) to the Service Department. Overall great teamwork on Kia’s end. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Follow up on a previous review. Worked with Phil McCabe a few months ago and he ws great to work with. Very professional and personable. Recently had an issue (minor) with my car and I reached out to Phil and asked for his assisatnce. He went out of his way to help even though his main job is to sell cars. Ask for Phil McCabe at Pride Kia, you will not be disapponted.

Went in for my first service and work with Stephanie. I was at another dealership who was not very helpful. I called Stephanie she said come right and we’ll take care of you. No stress everything done and under an hour. That’s the way Service should be done.
