Very Good Service Department
I have had really good service experiences with Friendly Ford over the past several years. Their service advisors, Dalton and Kathy, have been excellent at communicating status and helping me make good decisions on repairs.

Untruthful and shady unprofessional behavior
Purchased a 2018 Toyota RAV4 on May 26, 2020. From my experience they have a nice inventory of used cars but their staff struggles to have quality customer service especially MIKE STEFANOS The general sales manager. Make a long story short, my family put a $6000 down payment towards the RAV4 and signed all the paperwork. After everything was finished and finalized our salesman handed over ONE key fob and the only key fob that came with the rav4 which has the push start ignition. We kindly asked if there was another key fob and he said no. Attached to the key fob was a tag that said “key number 2#” I spoke to Mike Stefanos the general sales manager about this problem and he said there’s nothing we can do except try to look for the 1st fob and we’ll call you ASAP. I asked Mike please if you can’t find it will you reimburse us if we buy a new one from Toyota? (Embarrassingly I had to ask because all the money we had was used for the down payment of this car.) Instantly Mike said no we can not help you out. I told Mike these fobs are $300 to $400 and we cannot afford that and all he said is “oh they’re not that much.” Sure enough I call Toyota they are exactly $400 to buy and program to the car. It’s been days later and I have received no phone call from any one at the dealership. I had to call them to no avail. It’s been very upsetting to my family and I how unprofessional and little empathy certain employees have been at this dealership. It’s not fair that they waited until after we signed the paperwork to tell us the other fob was missing. If this wasn’t such a expensive item it would not be a big deal. Fair warning towards other customers especially buying a used car there. Their lackadaisical effort and shady attitude is something to be aware of.
