Amazing team

Anjelica was my sales associate that helped me get the vehicle I?ve been wanting. She communicated with me the entire week. She was EXTREMELY patient, helpful & understanding. I drove 4 & a half hrs in an rental car just to purchase a vehicle, because she was VERY nice.

Mercedes Benz of Waco

We had a GLE 350 serviced that we bought from another dealer in FL. The Waco MB franchise has very friendly people and they serviced our vehicle with no issues, on time and provided a loaner for the days it was going to be in the shop. For a high end luxury brand the customer waiting area needs a major upgrade. I am used to be being catered to with free popcorn, cookies, snacks and sodas and most MB and Lexus dealers have a person on staff serving you. The waiting area has a self serve coffee maker and some bottled water and feels like a Chevy dealership. I am glad I didn't have to wait for long to get a loaner vehicle. If I have to drive to San Antonio to have my SUV serviced just to feel catered to I will.

Great service

They had my car way past the appointment, they had to keep until the next day so they waive the whole repair fee
