Riley was fantastic and did a great job throughout the whole process! My one complaint is the amenities in the dealership. The only thing available while waiting is water. Some snacks would be much appreciated. We take our Mazda to Bob Moore and they have a great selection of snacks.

Excellent service. Maintains excellent records. The service staff are knowledgeable and if they do not know they seek answers with the service technicians.

This is my second time taking newer Highlander in for a

This is my second time taking newer Highlander in for a front wheel alignment. It still pulls to the right just like the first time. The car only has 24,400 miles and most of it was on great roads in Prescott, AZ. l'm good at avoiding pot holes here where l grew up. Not sure what to make of this.

High quality, professional, representative and service

High quality, professional, representative and service agents. Cashier was efficient and pleasant. Waiting area had nice refreshments and comfortable chairs but the À/C didn’t seem to be working well on this visit.
