Very poor service.

Very poor service. This is on 2015 Toyota Camry Hybrid with 40k miles. I purchased this car, new, at your dealership. Today it took 15 minutes to check in and 2 hours, me waiting, for an oil change and filter. Dealership advertised fast service and this is what I expected. I believe this was retaliation to me not excepting 5 other service recommendations. Wanted to align and balance tires. New tires put on 5k miles ago. No issue with alignment to warrant service. Wanted to flush transmission, no issue to warrant service. 40k miles ?????. Wanted ignition system cleaner, no problems I could find. Wanted 2 other issues done. I could no detect any reason for any of the recommendations to be done. Communication of recommended service was by e-mail. That does not tell me anything. Everything that was recommended was what Toyota suggested with a car with 10 years of normal mileage.I understand that service depts are looking to increase their bottom line but don’t agree with going about it your way. I think you will loose many customers when the word gets out about this kind of service. You lost me.

Don Nelson, was a great help from beginning to the end.

Don Nelson, was a great help from beginning to the end. Called up there 15 minutes after opening time Don was on the lot, give him the stock number and he knew the vehicle and put his hand on it. We talked off and on and we made the trip to Edmond, after that Don held our hand and walked us through the whole procedure. Don knows everything about Toyota's, very informative, just what we are lacking today! Finance manager, Amie was also a pleasure to deal with, I would say exceptional. From the beginning to the end I would give Bob Howard five stars

Good service experience.

Good service experience. Booked my appointment through the app. Service advisor met me in the drive. Total time at dealership was about 3/4 hr for 10k service.

Oil change and rear brakes for a 2019 Toyota Highlander. Work was completed in a reasonable period of time and cost was competitive. Service personnel are very professional and friendly and kept me informed of the process several times.

Traveled to OKC from north Tulsa county (Skiatook) over

Traveled to OKC from north Tulsa county (Skiatook) over 100 miles to test drive your 21 Tundra. Truck was not prepped for sale, even after advising of travel. After test drive, was unable to negotiate price or add ons. Decided to NOT purchase vehicle due to steel stock (un-appealing) wheels. While driving down the HW I received a call from BH requesting that I pull over and wait approximately 20 mins. Was told that a NEW set of wheels would be provided. This was at 5:00 pm! My bank closed at 5:30 pm. After returning I was presented with a set of wheels and was told that I was then responsible for mounting/balancing. The condition of the wheels were a 6/10 with blemishes and scratches albeit better than the factory steelies. The deal closed around 6:30 pm ( yes, my bank stayed over to accommodate). Saturday morning I called my tire shop to schedule a tire appointment and was able to get in. Drove 20 miles (one way) went to lunch and received a call stating that the used rims were actually 20” and my tires were 18”. Call my salesperson to apprise and was advised that he would need a day or two to get it figured out. Did not receive a phone call by Saturday afternoon. This morning (Monday) I called my salesperson to follow up and was told that nothing had been decided. I then asked for a mgrs name and number which was not easily provided. After receiving the mgrs name and main number I attempted to make contact with Mr Jeff Cook with no response but did leave a detailed message. At approximately 4:00 I called my salesperson once again and advised that I had not been notified. Salesperson stated that he would contact his mgr and advise. I have already incurred over 200 miles of travel and made multiple phone called to resolve this matter not to mention the charges for having the steel tires removed and broke down before they realized the discrepancy. Remember, this entire transaction hinged on the wheels alone otherwise I’d have not turned around.

Good morning sir, after getting in contact with Mr Jeffrey Cook he advised me to locate a new set of wheels to get this issue resolved and stated to send him the invoice and he would make payment. After making my choice as suggested the clerk at Discount Tire then sent the invoice. Mr Cook gave me his number but will not answer as I would very much like to resolve this matter.
