Had a fuel sensor go out in my Ram truck and after speaking with Robert Melton II the cost was resolved and my truck was fixed. Easy to deal with and very pleased.....

Melton's service department is outstanding! I had an engine light come on, so I took my RAM 1500 to have the oil changed and tires rotated and to have the engine light looked at. It resulted in having the Eco-Diesel engine replaced. They did a great job, particularly Johnny, Jannette and all the runners in the service department. It took a while to get all the parts in, but the work was done professionally and quickly once the parts arrived. The truck runs great now and with a trip to Dallas next week, I should be able to test it on the road next week.

I brought my Jeep Cherokee in for an oil change. The service took less than an hour and the service group checked out the rest of the car.

I need mud flaps on my 2014 Durango. We purchased them on line and brought them in while we were getting an oil change. Service person said we had bought the wrong ones. They did not offer us solution . I think the service department should have found the correct ones and gave us a price for them. Rush,Rush them threw. This is my 4th vehicle to by from Melton. If you take care of us we will take care of you. Frustrated!!!

I love Meltons sales whether it is getting an oil change, tires, work done or purchasing a car. I am a returning customer. This is my 3rd car from Meltons sales. I will be returning again for all my car needs.

Feel like I was charged for a warranty issue. I was told the service technition was too busy to discuss my issue. Jeanette doesnt know what she is talking about.

Once I decided on a car the whole process was finished within an hour. Even finance went smoothly, and the person who helped us was awesome!
