We drove over seven hours round trip to buy from Melton. These locally owned dealerships are a true gem, and Melton is no different. Smooth, quick and easy purchase makes buying a car enjoyable again. Thanks to the fine group of folks at Melton!

Was told the ac was fixed. Had to bring it back twice for new compressor after the salesman told me the entire system was changed out. Missed work to drop off car. Nobody was at service center at 915am when they should've opened at 9am so I could talk to the mechanics. Missing 3 bolts under the hood on ac system when I got the car, which included a wiring harness dangling under the car. Also have another wiring harness with multiple exposed wires they didn't bother to fix. Car was stalling because of the compressor. Does not care about selling reliable, safe cars.

Service was done in a timely manner. Everything was explained to me . Future service needs were explained to me with no pressure to do them right now.

We bought a used vehicle from Baley. The day after we purchased the vehicle, we encountered several issues with it. I called Baley and explained what was happening and they brought it in and took care of everything. I really did not expect this as they did not owe that to us. I will make Baley at Meltons my first stop anytime I am looking for a vehicle from this day forward.

I had to call them to find out what was wrong with my car. They had not contacted me after three days so I called them then they sent me an estimate of $5600.00 to repair it. I didn’t have that kind of money to spend on a car that I’ve only had a little over a year. I had to pay $200 to have it towed to another shop who repaired it for $2600.00! I also dropped $500 on a repair when I first bought it. It seems I got a lemon from them and they took $500 off of my trade in for tires, although the car I bought from them needed tires as well! I won’t go back because all they do is ask for monies. Their oil change for $19.99 has to INCLUDE a second service at that price. That oil change ended up costing me $50.00+!

Did not recalibrate tires after rotation. I don’t have a compressor or tire gauge

Did a great job but unfortunately the Mazda was a bit low on oil . Had to add a half quart when going home. This happens a lot on this car. Not sure if tech is not checking good or what. You’re not the only place this happens. I usually ask for them to make sure but wife took it. All else was awesome!
