I love south pointe

Kenny was my service advisor. I always ask for him because he always does such a good job. Very friendly and prompt. I refuse to go anywhere else solely on the excellent service I get at south pointe.

Oil change

Quick service. Staff is incredibly friendly and pleasant to be around. Everyone I interacted with was very professional and I even ran into the sales rep who sold me the truck and he came over to say hi and shake my hand (recognizing me two years after buying the vehicle)

Oil change on my car

Very good customer service very clean inside waiting area very economical very sufficient I always enjoy my conversations while waiting with other customers I feel you guys has succeeded over your competition in Tulsa area keep up the good work excellent service .

Oil & filter change

Great & friendly service, will come again, liked Starbucks Coffee and bear claw while waiting, broused show room and lot for new trucks but did not see any special offers.

I had service done to my car today I had an oil ch

Need toor mechanics on duty because the process of a oil change should not take two hours or more but I do appreciate the $10 oil change on customer appreciation day

Almost Happy - Promised one thing, got another -

I was promised my payment would be the same as my trade in, then near the end it was $50 higher, after the deal was done the payment was $102 higher than promised. Nice vehicle, I just felt like the salesman was just trying to make a sale and not do what was best for me and my family

Helpful Workers and Great Repair Work

Paint issues on car I purchased as new

I have bought 2 new high end camaro cars from this dealer both have had significant issues. The current Camaro had several places where the paint clear coat was coming of and several fish eye spots. Originally when I brought the car in the first thing the service manager said was is car is out of warrenty can't help. Had the dealer call GM and they sent me to another dealer to have it looked at. That dealer sent me back to south point because the car had been previously painted. Found out that the car had storm damage before I bought it. When I brought the car back 2nd time South point still gave me the line that the car was out of warrenty. Told them the local GM rep said they had to fix it. Once the issue of who would fix it was straightened out I and the service manager called me I was hopeful things would be better. When I picked up the car the service advisor rushed me to sign paperwork. Then he had trouble finding the car. I started doing a walk around and he said ok here is you car and left me. I finished my walk around and found some spots that were missed. Went back in to talk to advisor and had to wait on him again. I told him about the spots and the first thing out of his mout was its out of my hands now. I indicated that was not acceptable and he said go talk to the body shop. Again I indicated that was not acceptable then he relunctently said you want me to go with you? I said yes then he said I am in the middle of something it will be a while. At point after consently being told it's not their problem I went to the body shop my self. Then the body shop basically said oh we were not told about that and tried to put it off on the dealer. With this experience I feel that I got a lot of run and everyone pointing to someone else. So I would not recommend this dealer at all.

Great service

Great service and provided me with a quote on new tires. Car was serviced in a good time. He offered to wash my Avalanche as well.
