Resistall Package schem
price gouging as if prices are not high enough, south pointe wants to make up another way to rip off customers by adding what they call Resistall Package, i looked it up the adv price for resistall is $60.00 they charge $700.00 for it, and it's not an option. that should be added on at the customer request, not the dealership trying to strong arm the public. PLEASE stop ripping off customers. only sell them what they want.

Worst Service in Tulsa
They have service techs that are just parts changers. If you change enough parts, eventually something will work. They are happy as long as they can run your bill up. Avoid this place. They will charge you lots of money and not get your vehicle fixed. I wish I could give zero stars.

When we walked in we were not greeted by anyone, We had to ask for some one. Our sales lady Haley was awesome and so sweet. The general manager Derrick was a serious piece of work. He should not be in any field that requires customer service. We had an issue with our purchase and he not once apologized or tried to make the situation any better. Don’t go here.

Thie review is for the Service Department. My car was making a rattle noise and I had taken it to another dealer as the dealer was only a couple miles from my work. They had my car for 4 days then advised they resolved the issue, however after picking it up it was still there. I decided to take my car out to South Pointe Chevrolet even though it's quite a distance. Received excellent service. My service technician Charles (CJ) Johnson was able to recreate the rattling noise and resolve it within a day. Also CJ kept me informed of progress as he worked on my car. I had been dealing with the rattle for months and now it's like my car is brand new again. Also would like to mention their shuttle service was excellent and Ken was a pleasure to talk too as he drove me home from dropping off. Highly recommend for service issues.

Buy at your own risk
I didn't want to ever leave a review like this, but phone calls have gone without returns from the used car sales manager, no replies to emails from the GM and no one seems to give a flip about you at this dealership so I need to bring it to the attention of consumers so they don't end up in my position. I bought a used 2019 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 RST from South Pointe Chevrolet on 10/23/2021 and traded in my 2017 Toyota Tundra. I had the Chevrolet certified, (Never seen or signed the initial 172 certified inspection from the day the truck was purchased or given a copy of car fax report to keep myself, I only got to see the car fax) paid for additional warranty on the vehicle as well. Was promised a full tank of gas to leave on, got half tanked by Guy Grimes (doesn't even work there now), truck was terribly filthy (I spent 3 hours cleaning it myself) as it had sat for 60 days next door at the Chrysler store before I bought it. Had to come back to the store for all the warranty paperwork a few days after purchasing it and they topped off the fuel and detailed the truck for me. A few days later the truck had transmission issues. I was told the truck had the wrong transmission fluid in it. They did a drain and replace on the fluid and that didn't fix the issue. They have now replaced the transmission altogether. (Wasn't given warranty information or work information done on this day either, was told it would be emailed by Chris. He failed to follow through, called a day later and someone else emailed it to me.) I've had the truck for 6 weeks and I've driven it for 6 days total. I've been lied to about this truck from day one and they don't return phone calls or emails and don't take ownership for their mistakes. The receptionist is the only person who answers phones. Austi, in finance is the only individual who has spoken to me on a consistent basis and deserves a raise in my opinion. I picked up the truck this past Monday night and realized the paper tag was missing once I got home. Thought maybe it blew off but the screws are missing too so I know the dealership took the screws and the tag off but didn't want to do anything about it when I called them, I was told a manager would call me with a solution, but got nothing. You seriously kept the screws!?! I've never had more difficulty dealing with anyone in my life like this place. I once told everyone to buy from here and now I'm ashamed to admit I ever came back here for a vehicle. I don't want the generic response on here from Derek the GM either, I've emailed him over a month ago and just like everyone else, I didn't get a response! No one cares about you here. First payment on this truck is due next week and I'm on my first full week of even having the truck for myself and it not be in the shop! From the used care sales manager to the service manager, or the floor manager, none follow through with their promises to you. Do better South Pointe! If you want to fix the issue, don't tell me to email you, you have my information in your system. You can call or email me. Step up and own your shortfalls!
