My salesman (Jerry) worked hard to get me the deal I was
My salesman (Jerry) worked hard to get me the deal I was looking for, he succeeded, HOWEVER, his GM Bruce doesn't seem to care about customer service! I asked to have my tags transferred, they weren't which caused me $ I wasn't expecting to pay. The salesman remembered me saying that's what I wanted, and apologized and said he was gonna talk to the GM and make it right, since it was their mistake. The GM's response was "she'd have to pay taxes anyway" When the deal is done, he no longer cares.

The first time I went to Classic Nissan was for service on my 2020 Altima, and a few service trips I was able n a new 2023 Nissan Rogue SV PREMIUM. I love Nissan this will be my 5th Nissan. These cars amazing. The customer service was great and buying my new vehicle was a breeze. The team was super friendly, helpful, and curious. Thanks Nissan u did it again. LL of CNC

Classic Nissan of Sanford has far exceeded my expectations. The entire staff is great! Their service is unmatched. I received a Recall- letter for my Frontier and after taking it to Fayetteville, receiving awful service and not getting anything resolved I brought it to Sanford and within a week I got my appointment and had my truck running like the day I bought it. Even days after, they reached out to make sure I am still satisfied with the performance and if I have any more issues. I recommend them to everyone!
