Ask for Linsey Snavely!!!!! Best dealership interaction I've had! I was in the market for an SUV. The problem was that I had no idea what I wanted; make, model, color, price, features. It was all the same to me. I had visited several dealerships earlier that week and still couldn't narrow it down. This was until I met Linsey at Cavalier Ford, she was the bomb! I told her I was possibly interested in a Jeep Grand Cherokee, Wrangler, Subaru crosstek, or Mazda CX-5?. (Pretty broad). We were on our way to see a used Jeep when she saw me glance at a Ford Explorer and suggested we drive it over to view the Jeep; It was amazing! I told Linsey I was definitely interested in the Ford Explorer. I decided to think about it over some coffee, this is when Linsey asked if I wanted to take the demo with me. I immediately fell in love with the SUV and couldn't believe that I was ready to make a purchase that day. Not once did I feel pressured into purchasing a vehicle while at Cavalier, which is why I felt comfortable with my decision. Furthermore, Linsey even made sure the vehicle was full of gas; it's the small things that count. I honestly feel everyone other car-salesmen could learn a thing or two from this young lady. Lastly, Cavalier Ford got me a better rate than 2.76% which was being offered by my Bank. Needless to say, I'm extremely happy with my purchase.

AP was great to work with! Bill Wallace was a delight to do financing with. Would recommend this dealership! The whole team was great! Dealership facilities are nice too.

First ever Ford experience, and it was great! The vehicle we wanted was not in stock (commercial Transit, 12 passenger), but they quickly obtained it from the commercial lot down the street and we were out the door in 2 hours with a fair price. Patient and friendly with our large family and many children. No pressure from the sales team, just professional service and flexible response to our unique demand (turning a commercial vehicle into a family van). Awesome team!

The best car buying experience I have ever had in the Hamton Roads area. Stephen was great to work with. Cavalier was friendly, easy to work with and the building/facilities is clean and comfortable. I have always purchased GM trucks in the past but have to say I am extremely impressed with the F150 I purchased. Technology in it far surpasses anything GM has to offer in their trucks. Bye bye GM and your horrible dealerships in Hamton Roads.
