Joe Rosales helped me when I came in.
Joe Rosales helped me when I came in. I don't think he knew I was on the verge of a complete meltdown, due to stress of my move and trying to get a Tx license but his kindness meant the world to me. He got me in/out for my inspection and mentioned to Nathan Awe that I was planning to trade my car in. While I was waiting, Nathan pulled up a '26 Colorado so I could check it out. I planned to come back this weekend for the trade in but I'm exhausted. I will trade it in by EOY at your dealership, though, because your staff exhibited integrity, efficiency, and warmth. In the meantime, I'll have my truck serviced there. Shout out to Ishmael, too! He was very nice.

The service center sucks at Graff Chevrolet 3 1/2 weeks later and still no part for my Blazer , I will never buy another car from Graff Chevrolet going to Ford Dealership
