James Carr helped me buy my dream car, when I didn't even know it would be my dream car! I asked to test drive a Mazda, which was a nice car just not for me. He had me test drive a few other cars, but I was just not finding what I was looking for. James double checked to see if anything was brought in that was not in the inventory yet.....and there is was my dream car! James knew what I was looking for before I did. He listened to what I was looking for and took the time to find me the right car. He was patient with me and was not at all pushy, even when I didn't like the cars we were looking at. My pre-purchase, purchase and post-purchase experience(s) at Lundgren Honda in Greenfield was and continues to be thoroughly satisfactory. The people could not possibly be nicer and more accommodating. I've had past experiences with a couple other Honda dealerships and other dealerships, in general, from Springfield to Greenfield. Lundgren was and is, by far, the best. James was and is a pleasure to work with, as was Kristina when I made my first inquiry. This 2022 CRV I just purchased is the 6th or 7th consecutive new CRV I've purchased in the last 27 years, or so. I have no idea why I never tried Lundgren before! When time comes to replace this one, there's no doubt I'll be going to Lundgen again! For those reading this, give Lundgren a try. You won't regret it!

Very helpful staff. I looked online and once I connected with Kristina via phone, and then with Scott, they were knowledgeable, answered my questions fully and were very responsive. They were very accommodating and took my SUV preferences and my schedule into consideration. I was onsite at the dealership and they even offered/delivered the car to my house the next day, when the insurance RPA process was delayed for hours overnight. That's really good customer service! They are not taking advantage customers given the supply issues and I appreciated there is no unwarranted surcharge on top of the MSRP price. (However, given it was an easy cash transaction, I would have preferred no offers of additional insurance or warranty coverage.) Sales person Scott did a wonderful job. My husband and I are very willing to recommend him and the Lundgren dealership.
