Excellent Car Buying Experience

I bought my Certified used Acura TLX about a month ago and had the pleasure of working with Mr. Wade West. I was treated with respect and did not feel pressured at any point. This was even more important to me because I'm a woman and went into the dealership alone. Mr. West remained patient with me while negotiating the price of the vehicle, patiently waited while I consulted with my dad on the phone, and answered all questions I presented to him. Awesome Experience!

Purchased a 2016 TLX from Brent Davis @ Goodson Acura in Dallas, Texas. Brent is enthusiastic, knowledgeable and honest. He made our purchase experience a pleasure. He took a lot of time familiarizing us with the new technology package in the TLX. I returned to the dealership about 2 weeks after the purchase because I had accidentally deleted something from the tech package, Brent immediately came out to the vehicle and instructed me how to retrieve and reset the info. I consider that we not only purchased an excellent vehicle but also made a new friend. We will definitely recommend Brent and Goodson Acura to others.

Problem solved

I had a problem. But not anymore. The general manager himself got involved and the problem was resolved with one conversation. In fact, I think I may have even made a friend. The moral is if you have a problem with someone at the dealership, don't write the deal or the dealership off before you give management a chance to fit it.
