My experience have been great.

My experience have been great. Nakia and Josh are wonderful. Always there to be a helping hand. This was West Way Ford in Irving 100% Recommended.

I only gave this dealership 3 stars because of Tai Trinh,

I only gave this dealership 3 stars because of Tai Trinh, the salesperson, if not, I would have given 1 star. Unfortunately, Tai's sales manager, Angel, lost the sale for him. Angel was condescending and cocky. Instead of saying he could help us get to the numbers we wanted, he questioned everything we said. This is fine, it was the manner in which he went about the questioning. He was very condescending and demanded proof of what we were told by other Ford dealerships. You should make fair quotes to us based on your dealership, not based on others. He should have acted as if he was the first dealership we went too. Not all of the dealerships were able to give us the quotes we wanted, but we were able to at Five Star Ford in Lewisville and we purchased the car that same evening. He lost the sale for Tai, because in the end, he finally gave us a price we were willing to work worth, but we just did not want to give Angel the sell at that point. Even if we got the same quote in Lewisville, we would have gone with them, but Lewisville Five Star Ford was able to beat Angel's quote. We did appreciate all Tai did for us.

Ford Westway forged my signature multiple times — on the

Ford Westway forged my signature multiple times — on the agreement price and a warranty I never approved. By law, I have to leave the dealership with documentation. I received no documents except one forged copy of the purchase agreement. Everything was DocuSigned without my consent. I’ve spoken with my attorney and will be pursuing legal action. BBB complaint incoming. Federal trade commission. TX DMV. Texas attorney general consumer protection division. & my loan provider which is CHASE.

Best buying experience I've ever had. The entire team is amazing! Gilbert Cuellar and my original sales professional ( who i did not get his card) are extremely helpful and performed beyond expectations. Excellent experience July 4th!

Excellent experience July 4th! I went in around 6 PM and was out by 7:30 PM with a new truck. From the sales associate, Tai Trinh, to his sales manager and the financial manager, I had 100% satisfaction throughout the entire process. Thank you for the exceptional service.

Our sale lady was amazing very professional and took time

Our sale lady was amazing very professional and took time with us making us feel special and she did everything to help us . We couldn’t buy on that day but will be back to purchase from her when we are ready and will send our friends her way.
