Went in for a recall. Josh did an outstanding job. Got the work done and had my truck washed. Wash personal did good job.

I went to do and oil change without a appointment and Kaitlyn took care of my truck, was very helpful explaining each service they offer and answering my questions, like always westway Ford will be my dealership to go too.

Experienced an unexpected event of not being able to move out of the park position. Vehicle was locked in park. Vehicle towed and the Westway Ford magic began. Service experience was above and beyond as usual. Westway has serviced my vehicle since my arrival in Texas which goes back to 2012. Satisfied customer!

The bad news: our daughter’s car was “totaled” when she was side-swiped by an 18-wheeler. The good news is that she was not hurt, and we found another Ford Mustang at Westway Ford, 801 W. Airport Fwy. in Irving. (This was our second time to buy a Ford Mustang from Westway.) Rafael Hidalgo, Sales Associate did a great job of making her comfortable, while showing her the features and benefits of the newer car, and arranging a test drive. James Wacker, Sales Manager, worked with us to make the sales price fit within our finances. He and Jorge Alavez in Finance are great folks to deal with! We were able to “do the deal” all in one day, which was the only time we had to buy another car. Bottom line: Our daughter is happy, and was able to drive away in a nice car that she really likes. Thanks, Westway! We’ll see you again next time!
