Normally I’m not hard to please, simple car dealer logic . Saturday, I arrived at the dealership and walked around for at least 30 mins with no one to greet me. I find that a turn off especially when I’m ready to spend $60k on a Jeep and when I’m used to Luxury vehicles. This was my first stop and first look at the brand and I’m not impressed. After a while I ended up getting in my car and leaving without a simple hello. I hope in the future for the next customer that this gets better.

I was Happy to drive 80 miles to Lewisville to test drive a wrangler I was interested in, because I was able to communicate and pre shop their inventory and pricing on the internet. I used the Jeep website and Inside Automotive which both had info on Huffines CJDR Lewisville. I was able to link to the dealership and look for what I wanted. After requesting info I was contacted politely and was able to set up time to come to dealship to test drive that was convenient. The service shop got me all fixed up! I really missed my car while it was being fixed. I was driving a brand new Jeep Cherokee for my loaner and I realized that all the amazing features that made me want to buy my Cherokee make a difference!

I was very pleased with the salesman that helped me get the best deal possible on my Ram pick up truck. It is a very good vehicle and I have not had any issues with it. I brought it in for recall work and it had recently started running rough, It was taken care of quickly and the source of the engine problem was located and repaired. It turned out to be a rodent problem. I am not only impressed with the service department but everyone I had contact with.
