Victor was very helpful and courteous. He made me aware of a special offer on tires and saved me money, which I greatly appreciated! I will continue to ask for him as my preferred consultant. During my visit, Curtis made sure he brought Victor out and corrected him in front of me. I don't think this was very professional and should have been a teaching moment and coaching done privately.
