Did an online Kelly Blue Book Estimate. Huffines CDJR in Lewisville sent me an email saying they wanted to purchase my vehicle. Drove 40 miles to the dealership only to find out that they were not looking for my particular type of vehicle at this time. Why did you send me the email if your not looking for my type of vehicle. Cost me $30 in wasted diesel fuel. Will never do business with them again. Don't believe the email from Kelly Blue Book. Its a scam. I dont remember who I dealt with but he was the used car manager.

Only one word needed to describe, not just your professional staff and dealership, but especially directly with my Salesman Surya Bhasin, is, IMPRESSIVE! Scott Spindle introduced me to Surya. I walked into his office like I was the boss, stating my expectations: did my research, listed what I wanted, plus add-ons, the price I was going to pay, and my trade-in value. Surya quickly responded and while he had my trade-in evaluated, and while taking my personal information, allowed Steve Ellison (Vehicle Exchange), Greg Birdsall (GM) to personally reach out to welcome my family to yours. And Josh Lancaster (Service Director) later sent me an email too. Next thing, I was blown away when Surya got my deal done, said let’s go to Finance to complete my purchase agreement, take delivery, and that Scott had a special surprise for me. I was further surprised when I went to Bill Bland (Finance) who gave me a great deal on extended vehicle protection plan (I confirmed with Service Manager Scott that it was a great deal.), and quickly finished my paperwork. There was my nice shiny diamond black crystal pearl RAM 1500 parked in the front door of the showroom and Surya began to guide me through the new technology and setting up my profile and how RAM works. He took even more time reinforcing my decision and distinguishing the value of my new RAM. Only one word needed to describe my new 2022 RAM 1500 Laramie Crew Cab 4x4 eco-diesel is WOW! I wanted a truck with lots of cabin space especially in the back seat (Got it with a bonus of heated and air cooled and reclining back seats!); and great fuel economy with lots of tow power and not have to refill the tank every 300-400 miles, like current electric and hybrid vehicles (Got it with Turbo Diesel Gen 3, 24-29 mpg!); and lots of new gadgets and comfortable functionality (Got it and more!). Feels like luxury in a smooth riding, spacious, efficient RAM. As I rode off into the sunset (intentionally to the west), I felt like The Godfather and got everything I wanted and more. I’m going to share this fun time with all my friends and family. You know it’s 2022 and I got my very first truck, the best new truck, from a fantastic family dealership, through my newest friends. WOW! IMPRESSIVE! I’m sooooo HAPPY.

Great experience.
Great experience. Was looking for a used pickup, fairly exact specifications. Found what I was looking for on-line. Called the dealership and spoke with Kent McKee (sales) on a Friday evening close to closing. He confirmed that the vehicle was in stock, met me at office opening the next morning, had the key in hand. Ran me through the vehicle specs, test drive, and costs. No pressure. The statements he made about price and fees and out the door price were accurate. If he didn't have the accurate answer, he got it quickly. After agreeing to purchase the vehicle, he had the paperwork done when I arrived at the dealership that afternoon and within 15 minutes had me waiting on the finance person. The wait was about 30 minutes for financing, 10 minutes for the paperwork, and then I was out the door with the vehicle ready to go. Kent did a great job and the whole experience was the quickest and least painful car buying experience (new or used) that I have had.

I called another dealership service department and was
I called another dealership service department and was told it would be at least a week to get me scheduled for the service I needed. Left my name and number but never received a call back to schedule my appointment. Lucky for me because I was able to take my truck through the Express Lane at Huffines Ram in Lewisville. The fix only took 10 minutes and I only waited for 20 to completed the whole process.
