I flew in from Oklahoma to purchase a used Gladiator. Communication was great with Barry. Everything was good until I got to the dealership and beyond. The vehicle had not been cleaned nor had it been serviced in over 2,000 miles. I guess a manager had been driving it. The carfax showed it had been serviced and certified. So I thought I was getting a freshly serviced and certified vehicle. Instead I got a vehicle that had been driven for an additional 2000 miles. Now that I’ve had it two weeks, driveline issues are showing up and who is having to deal with it?.?.? Not Huffines! VERY DISAPPOINTED! Also they forced me to finance TTL which I didn’t want to do. Just overall not a good experience. If I could take the vehicle back I would. Be cautious if you are reading this, you get what you pay for. They dupe you with a low price.

⭐ 1 Star (Would give zero if I could) 🚨 Dealer Tried to Charge Me $2,942.87 for a 50-Cent Fuse! Service Date: 09/26/2025 – Vehicle: 2024 Ram 1500 Lone Star I brought my Ram 1500 (24K miles) to Huffines Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Lewisville for a simple check-engine light. Instead of checking the basics, they handed me a $2,942.87 estimate for work the truck didn’t need: $1,121.02 – Active Air Dam Assembly $750.00 – 3-Wire Harness $165.95 – Brake Flush $525.95 – 4x4 Service $379.95 – Fuel Injector Cleaning They even claimed my brakes needed flushing, though my pads were still full factory thickness (12 mm front, 10 mm rear). When I inspected it myself, I found they had torn up the wiring, removed the heat-shrink, and left bare wires hanging (see photos). I later discovered the actual problem was a single 15-amp fuse they never even checked. Replacing that one fuse immediately cleared the check-engine light — no new parts or services required. I also had to personally repair the wiring they damaged during their so-called inspection. If I had believed their “diagnosis,” I would’ve wasted more than $2,900 on unnecessary work. This is blatant overcharging and negligence. ⚠️ Warning: Always check fuses and wiring yourself before agreeing to repairs here. Huffines Lewisville’s service department tried to sell me thousands in fake repairs when the real issue was a $0.50 fuse.

I searched the entire country for the best deal on a Ram 3500. We're in Minnesota. The country's best deal was at Huffines in Lewisville. I sent an internet inquiry near the end of the workday on, I believe, a Thursday. Daniel called me within minutes. Daniel worked out the deal, and Bill arranged very competitive financing by noon on Friday. I flew down Monday morning and got my truck. I have purchased lots of vehicles in my lifetime. This is by far the best experience I have ever had. No hidden fees. Everything up front. I spent a lot of my life in Texas and people like Huffines are why I love it. Great job Daniel and Bill. I love my truck.

Jonathan Alcantar was an awesome salesman! He made my purchase of my 2025 Ram Rebel a great experience. Anything I threw at him, he made it happen. He's a good guy and very knowledgeable about all aspects of Ram Trucks.

This was the best experience I have ever had in all my years of purchasing vehicles! I felt very comfortable and welcomed! Hamed Awadi was very kind, patient, and really knows what he’s talking about. Everything was very quick and before I knew it, I already had my new jeep! Jonathan was great to work with during the purchase of my new truck. I came in from out of town and he had worked with me prior to my arrival to make sure things ran smoothly. Even when there was a slight concern before leaving the dealership they got it into the service department and ready to hit the road before we left. Raquel in finance answered any and all questions that I had and helped me find a better deal on a warranty than I had previously researched. Everyone at the dealership was kind and went out of their way to make sure I felt taken care of while there.

I bought my Jeep here in 2017 and have used them for service the entire time. I have never had a bad experience here. Tyler was great! Highly recommend this dealership if you need your vehicle serviced.

My 23 Jeep GC has been continuously having issues with the Uconnect system. I visited with my Service Advisor Tyler Watt, Service Manager Josh Lancaster, and Shop Tech Juan. All provided professional outstanding service.
