We have been doing business at 5 Star Ford In Lewisville for many years. We used to have Jakson as a salesman, but I have to say that having him in Finance was such an easy-going and amazing experience! He made the process Super quick and easy for us! I would highly recommend using him when you go to Finance!!

Xavier answered all my questions no matter how silly they were. Very professional I will always come back to see Xavier. He is a hard worker that deserves a raise not to mention he represents the Sam pack brand well!

Would I recommend this dealership, I don't know today if

Would I recommend this dealership, I don't know today if I would. In the past I thought they were one on the best dealerships for sales and service. I can certainly tell you the service department needs a lot of improvement. It seems they now want to sell all the upgrades and service work that than can talk you into. Recently had my 2018 King Ranch services there and they tried to sell me everything from new lug nuts to oil pan gasket. Said the gasket needed replaced on the oil pan (large leak) there has never been a drop of oil under my truck or in the driveway. Wanted the cooling system check for a possible leak, it was not checked. There wasn't even a new service sticker applied to my truck. for whatever reason they don't seem to be able to keep service staff. Always different service writers and technicians. I have purchased my trucks from this dealership 2014 Platinum and 2018 King Ranch. I will probably be driving a little farther north to Bill Utter in the future.

Xavier made the entire buying process easy.

Xavier made the entire buying process easy. Usually it is a stressful event for me, but not at Five Star Ford in Lewisville. Xavier was informative, responsive, and helped me secure the best deal without being pushy. I cannot say the same for other dealerships that I visited.
