I am very happy with the vehicle I purchased from Bob
I am very happy with the vehicle I purchased from Bob Thomas Ford. Dominic was an excellent sales person and communicator. However, I believe their marketing tactics are deceptive. The vehicle I purchased was listed on the website with the price of $60,000. When I got to the dealership, I was informed that I was required to purchase additional protection levels that added $2500 to the cost of the vehicle. That additional cost was not disclosed anywhere on their website. Very frustrating and misleading. Please change that practice!
